    vyakula gan vizuri mama mzazi kuongeza mtotot mi ni mchaga mkewangu
    kaambiwa apewe mlaso ile maziwa ya mtindi,damu ya kisusio na vinginevyo amekataa kwa wanaojua naomba aidia zenu tuwasaidie na wengine;hili ni tatizo kubwa sana pale muhmbili nimeona wanamama wanajifungua wanaletewa nyumban ugali maharage na kuku paja pembeni...just siku ya 2..baada e chips mayai..wangu nimempa mtori maziwa supu yanatoka kidogo nataka yamwagike kama tanki la dowassa jamani katoto nacho ka feel kako dunian

    Pweza huwa na calcium nyingi sana na anasaidia katika utoaji wa maziwa.

    Hongera sana mwanahalisi kwa kupata mtoto,

    vyakula vya vimiminika vya mooto kwa kawaida husaidia uzalishaji wa maziwa ya mama kwa wingi, lakini pia viwe na virutubisho vinavyohitajika.

    mpe uji wa ulezi, mtori, supu (hivi ni vyakula vinavyotumiwa sana na wachaga na vina taste nzuri piaupishi wako tu) maziwa fresh kwa sana bila kusahau matunda na mbogamboga. ila huo mnasu nishaona wanavyotengeneza haki nilionja nikatapika cku nzima inataka moyo, nackia zamani wamama wa kichagga walishikiwa fimbo amalize lita!

    VYAKULA VINAVYO CHOCHEA KUZALISHA MAZIWA YA MAMA KWA WINGI

    Kwa Mama anaenyonyesha ni kawaida kupungukiwa na maziwa pindi anyonyeshapo,kwa wazazi wengi wanapotoka kujifungua maziwa hutoka kidogo sana, wengine hukata tamaa ya kunyonyesha na kuanzishia watoto maziwa ya kopo.

    Hapana hilo ni kosa kinachotakiwa ni kumwachia mtoto anyonye hata kama hayatoki iyo inafanya kustimulate(kuchochea) yatoke kwa urahisi .Mama anahitaji mda wa kupumzisha mwili na kula mlo wenye virutubisho,uzalishwaji wa maziwa hauwezi kwenda vizuri kama mwili una stress au haujapumzishwa vizuri.






    Lishe bora itamfanya mama azalishe maziwa mengi anatakiwa kula milo 3-4 kwa siku,mama anaenyonyesha anatakiwa kula bila kuwazia atanenepa,cha muhimu kwanza ni mtoto apate maziwa ,mwili utakuja pungua wenyewe taratibu mtoto akishafika miezi 6 na kuendelea pale atakapo kula vyakula vingine (solid food).




    Mlo wa mama anaenyonyesha unatakiwa kuwa
    • Maji yanahitajika kwa wingi ili maziwa yazalishwe ,kunywa maji glass 7-8 kwa siku
    • Matunda,mama ule matunda aina 2-3 tofauti kila siku
    • Mboga za majani kwa wingi,kila siku ulapo lunch au dinner
    • Mbegu-mama anatakiwa kula mboga jamii ya maharagwe,njegere,choroko,dengu n.k
    • Nyama,samaki na kuku
    • Viazi,maboga,mihogo na magimbi
    • Dairy products kama maziwa,cheese au mtindi
    • Ngano kama chapati,mkate,maandazi n.k
    • Mchele,mahindi,oats n.k
    • Tafuna mahindi,karanga na korosho

    Njia ya kumwongezea mama maziwa

    Uzalishaji wa maziwa wa mama unaweza kuongezwa kwa kutumia


    • Uji wa pilipili manga-utapika ujimwepesi changanya na pilipili manga ,kunywa mara 2 kwa siku asubuhi na jioni.
    • Mbegu za maboga-unaweza zitafuta au kuchanganya kwenye uji au chai.
    • Juice ya karoti changanya na tangawizi kunywa mara 2 kwa siku
    • Tende-tafuna vipande vya tende 3 -4 kwa siku au toa mbegu ndani ya tende na saga kwenye blenda changanya na maziwa fresh kunywa mara 2 kwa siku.
    • Supu ya samaki au nyama iliochanganywa na mboga mboga kunywa mara 1 kwa siku.
