    Habari za leo wana JF wenzangu? Ninakuja tena jamvini nikiwa nimeelemewa na tatizo ambalo kiukweli linaninyima usingizi maana sijui kabisa namna ya kulitatua. Iko hivi:

    Mke wangu ana umri wa miaka 36 lakini uzito wake mpaka unanitisha! Anaongezeka sana. Jana alipima akakuta ana kilo 110. Naombeni ushauri afanyeje ili apungue maana najua kuna magonjwa mengi yanayotokana na uzito mkubwa. Asanteni!

    Kilo 110 ni nyingi sana aisee, hata akiwa mrefu kama Hashim Thabit bado BMI yake itaangukia kwenye obese! Anahitaji kupunguzakilo nyingi tu hapo. Sijui BMI yake, lakini kwa wastani wa urefu wa wanawake wa kiTanzania, ili uzito wake uendane na urefu wake...atahitaji kupunguza si chini ya kilo 40..si kazi ndogo!

    Unene unatokana na kujilimbikiza kwa mafuta ndani ya mwili, ambapo inasababishwa na kuingiza calories nyingi mwilini (kwa chakula unachokula) lakini huzitumii zote, na hivyo kuhifadhiwa mwilini kama hali ya mafuta. Kwa hiyo kuna mawili ya kufanya:
    1. Kupunguza kiasi cha calories unazoingiza mwilini ili kuzuia kuwa na ziada. Hii itamfanya hasiongezeke zaidi.
    2. Kuchoma hizo calories za ziada zilizohifadhiwa kama mafuta mwilini. Hii itamfanya apungue.

    Hilo la kwanza hapo ni kwa kufanya diet, kuepuka vyakula vya mafuta mafuta na wanga (especially vyakula wanga vya kukaanga kama chipsi etc). Kuna diet plans nyingi tu anaweza kufuata, check online anayoweza yeye kufuata ambayo mtaiafford.

    Na hilo la pili ni kwa kufanya mazoezi. Gym itakuwa bora zaidi kwani wan trainers ambao wanajua wamuanzishie mazoezi gani kisha aendelee na mazoezi gani ili kutimiza lengo. Na pia gym unaweza kumonitor amepoteza calories ngapi kwa siku ili kujua anaweza anza kuona mabadiliko baada ya muda gani.

    La tatu na ndilo la muhimu kupita yote ili kupata mafanikio (kupunguza huo uzito)...ni psychological support. Wanawake wengi wanapokuwa katika hilo wananyanyapaliwa sana, ila kubwa na linaloumiza zaidi ni kama hapati support ya mwenza/mpenzi/mume wake. Nakupongeza kaka kwani unaonekana uko concerned na mkeo, lakini usije hata siku moja ukatoa kauli hasi kuhusu uzito wake huo...utaharibu kila kitu iwapo atakata tamaa.

    Pia process ya kupunguza uzito, especially kilo nyingi kama hizo inahitaji utayari wa kisaikolojia..ambao mara nyingi unatoka kwa watu wanamzunguka hasa wewe mumewe. Anaweza kwenda gym siku ya kwanza tu akapewa mazoezi na akakata tamaa hapo hapo, na ndio ikawa basi tena. Muandae kuwa haitakuwa kazi rahisi, ila utakuwa naye all the way kumfanya afanikishe. Ni vyema ukienda naye na kuwa naye kwenye mazoezi kila anapoenda gym mpaka atakapozoea kwenda mwenyewe.

    Na pia wanawake wengi huwa wanategemea kuwa wataanza kuona mabadiliko ndani ya muda mfupi, unamkuta mtu kafanya mazoezi wiki moja tu anakimbilia mzani au kioo kujiangalia. Muandae kuwa hii itakuwa process ndefu na itachukua miezi kudhaa au pengine mwaka/miaka..hii itamsaidia hasikate tamaa pindi anapoona hakuna mabadiliko yeyote ndani ya muda fulani!

    jamani mbona ana kilo nyingi sana?? mie na urefu nilionao bado sijafika hata hizo kilo. Mwambie mama watoto wako aje gym tufanye mazoezi
