    Chips Kuku,mayai mawili pembeni,soda baridiii,ukimaliza shushia maji baridi lita 1

    Usiku.
    Nyama nusu,ndizi 4 mshale,biereee 4 then ulale,fanya hvyo kwa mwezi utanenepa ukifikia unene unaoutaka unaacha.

    Njia zinazo weza kukusaidia kuongeza unene

    1.Kula chakula cha kutosha kila unapokula halafu chenye mafuta mengi,chakula chenye wanga zaidi nk.

    2.Usikae muda mrefu bila kula chakula,muda kabla ya mlo mwingine usizidi masaa 4 au 3 halafu ukipata msosi kandamiza sawasawa.

    3.Achana na mazoezi hasa yale ya kukimbia.

    4.Kula chakula kingi kabla ya kwenda kulala.

    5.Punguza mawazo

    6.Punguza kula mboga za majani na matunda badala yake kandamiza nyama,maharage

    nk.Kutimia njia za kawaida ni bora kwa sababu ukiona uzito umezidi unaachana na njia

    hizi lakini unene wa dawa wakati mwingine hata kama ukiacha kutumia zinakuwa

    zimeathiri mfumo wa asili wa utendaji kazi wa mwili huenda ukashindwa kuzuia tena.

    7. Ukitaka kunenepa kula kwa wingi Ufuta changanya kidogo na sukari au pia waweza kupika huo ufuta ikawa ndio chakula chako utanenepa mwili wako.
