msaada kwa mzazi (mama aliyejifungua)

    habari za jioni jf doctor, ninafahamu ya kwamba mama anapomaliza kujifungua huwa anatakiwa kukandwa maji ya moto tumboni ili kuziruhusu damu chafu kutoka baada ya kujifungua. je kuna njia gani mbadala ya kuziondoa zile damu chafu? MziziMkavu na Riwa msaada tafadhali bila kuwasahau madaktari wote mliopo hapa jf doctor.

    Nyakwaratony...labda tu nianze kwa kusema ukiziita damu chafu ni kujinyanyapaa/kuwanyanyapaa wanawake. Damu pamoja na majimaji yanayotoka baada ya kujifungua (lochia) ni fiziolojia ya kawaida katika mwili wa mwanamke, kama ilivyokuwa damu ya hedhi...na si uchafu wa kiasi cha kukufanya uwe na kinyaa au kuzichukia hivyo mpaka kutaka njia mbadala ya kuzitoa. Na kwa mtazamo huo, ndio maana unaona mpaka sasa hakuna procedure yoyote imekuwa invented pamoja na technolojia iliyoendelea hivi ili kutoa lochia!

    Kizazi utanuka sana wakati wa ujauzito, na kiasi cha damu kiendacho kwenye kizazi uongezeka sana pia...baada ya kujifungua, kizazi hurudi haraka (contract) ili kupunguza kupoteza damu nyingi (post-partum haemorrhage) kutokana na muongezeko huo wa damu kwenye kizazi wakati wa ujauzito. Na kusaidia hilo, mama pindi tu anapojifungua na kondo kutolewa, huchomwa sindano (Ergometrine au Oxytocin) ili kuharakisha kizazi kurudi. Baada ya hapo, kizazi huwa kinarudi taratibu ili kurudi kwenye hali yake ya udogo (kama mpira wa golf) kabla ya ujauzito. Wakati kinarudi, ndipo pia mwanamke anatoa hiyo lochia.

    Wanawake wengi kufunga kanga, au some special bands...wengine hukanda na maji ya moto...hakuna research za kutosha zilizofanyika kuonyesha benefits za kufanya hivyo, but some how..it helps psychologically! Kwa hiyo kujibu swali lako ni kuwa....bado sijaona/sikia njia mbadala iliyothibitshwa kisayansi ya kutoa au kuharakisha 'damu chafu' (lochia).

    Cha muhimu ni usafi wa hali ya juu kwa mwanamke anapokuwa katika kipindi hicho, na mazoezi uharakisha utokaji wa lochia na pia kizazi na tumbo kurudi katika hali yake ya kawaida....NB: Na hapo ndipo kwenye tatizo kubwa kwa dada zetu wengi...mazoezi baada ya kujifungua! Mwili wa mwanamke huwa unajitahidi kurudi katika hali yake ya kawaida wenyewe baada ya kujifungua, iwapo utausaidia kwa kufanya mazoezi..mapema tu utakuwa kama ulivyokuwa kabla ya ujauzito (hii ndio trick wanayotumia macelebriti wa dunia ya kwanza huko mfano Vicky Posh Beckham, J Lo, Angelina Jolie, Heid Klum, Beyounce etc)...wakarudi kwenye miili yao bikini muda mfupi tu baada ya kujifungua.

    Maji ya moto ni muhimu sana husaidia kuweka mishipa ya fahamu katika hali ya kawaida baada ya kujifungua na si kwa tumbo tu hata kichwani yanasaidia sana usiyakwepe yatapunguza maumivu ya kichwa baada ya kujifungua na pia husaidia mwili kuwa katika hali ya kawaida

    Ni mazoezi ya namna gani?yanapaswa kufanywa lini baada ya kujifungua?Je kwa wale waliojifungua kwa CS wanafanya mazoezi baada ya mda gani?
