    Wakuu, nilipewa offer ya employment na kampuni moja miaka mitatu iliyopita. Offer hiyo ilieleza kuwa baada ya mwaka nitasaini mkataba wa miaka miwili ambao unaweza kuhuhishwa (renewable)
    Baada ya mwaka mmoja nilipewa barua ya kuthibitishwa kazini. Niliipokea ila sikuijibu. Tangu kipindi hicho nimesubiri mwajiri aandae mkataba tusaini lakini hadi leo hatujasaini
    Sasa nataka kuacha kazi kwa kutoa notisi ya saa 24. Je, nitalazimika kulipa mshahara wa mwezi mmoja? Kama itanilazimu je, naweza kuchukua likizo huku nikiwa nimetoa notisi ya kuacha kazi ya mwezi? Mwaka huu sijachukua likizo. Nawasilisha wakuu kwa msaada wenu

    Vijana wa kileo tabu kweli kweli, yaani mkataba usaini wewe na vipengele vyote unavifahamu wewe halafu kuuvunja mkataba unakuja kuuliza JF?
    U have to surrender ur one month salary, kama mfanyakazi ulivyo na haki zako ndivyo mwajili nae ana haki zake.

    ukiacha kazi ni lazma ulipe mshahara wa mwezi mmoja.

    likizo ya nin wakati umeacha kazi???

    mkataba upi wakati nimesema hakuna mkataba wowote ambao tumesaini tangu nianze kazi pale

    Omba likizo, ukisharuhusiwa tu andika barua ya kutoa notice.
    Lakini sikushauri kuacha kazi kwa 24hrs notice. Hata huko uendako watakuwa wanakuangalia kwa jicho la pembe kama 'unreliable' person. Ni sawa na mdada anaeenda kumkataa mchumba wake kanisani kwa sababu ana bf mwingine,mwisho hata new bf anakuwa na wasiwasu tu!

    Mfanyakazi anashauriwa kuomba Likizo ya mwaka ambayo ni siku 28 akiwa amefanya kazi kwa miezi walau 8 kwa mwaka husika, sasa kama ni mwaka huu(january-march) na HR wako kama yuko makini ukiomba utapata likizo ya siku 7 tu.

    Hivyo basi ukitoa notes ya masaa 24 hunabudi kulipa mshahala wa mwezi mmoja hiyo ni haki ya mwajiri hata kama huna mkataba mliosainiana, Sheria inatambua ukifanya kazi kwa mtu zaidi ya siku 6 hadi miezi 6 we ni mwajiriwa halali, na taratibu zote za kisheria sharti zizingatiwe na pande zote mbili: kama kipato chako kwa sasa si kizuri lkn kazi inavumilika toa Notes ya mwezi 1 ambayo haitakugalimu baada ya hapo unakuwa free: zaidi zaidi ni PM

    Ushauri huu ni kwa mujibu wa Sheria ya Ajira na Mahusiano Kazini namba 6 ya 2004 na kanuni zake GN 42 na GN 64/2007

    Mshahara wowote duniani unalipwa mwisho wa mwezi wa kazi, mwisho wa wiki ya kazi au mwisho wa kipindi chochote cha kazi mlichokubaliana, kama vile labda sisi wabeba zege, kazi ya siku ikiisha tu tunashikishwa chetu saa hiyo hiyo, hapo hapo, hutaki hatuondoki, ukikomaa tunamwaga sabuni kwenye zege, tunasepa, hatuna TUCTA wala mikataba sisi!

    Sasa kama uki quit kazi unarudisha hela kwa mwajiri, unarudisha hela ipi wakati hakuna mtu duniani analipwa mshahara in advance?

    In fact, uki quit kazi ghafla leo, bado kuna hela yako uliyofanyia kazi 'bure,' haijalipwa, toka kipindi cha mshahara wa mwisho hadi leo. Kwa hiyo wewe ndio unadai. Sijui nyinyi mnalipwa lipwaje huko, una quit halafu unaambiwa rudisha mshahara...! Hahahahahahaaa....

    Yaani wewe ndo umenielewa vizuri hoja yangu. una haki zote za kuweka avatar ya maradona. say mimi tarehe ya mshahara ni 20 kila mwezi, then naacha kazi tarehe 19 kabla hata sijapata mshahara, bado napaswa kurejesha mshahara? upi? au nikipokea tu salary yangu naacha kazi, nirudishe mshahara wa nini ambao nimeufanyia kazi? naona bado pana utata hapo

    Ndo na mi hapo sielewi.... hahahahahaha.... mshahara tarehe 20, wewe una quit tarehe 19, which means wewe ndio unawadai wao mshahara wa mwezi kasoro kutwa moja, halafu ma lawyer wetu wa labor law wanatuambia wewe ndio urudishe hela, hela ipi?

    Maana kama mshahara ni wa mwezi jana, ni wa kazi uliyofanya mwezi juzi, ushalipwa, na ushaula! Sasa urudishe mshahara upi, mshahara upi? Hahahahahaa....

    Say whaaat? Hiyo sheria ya kijinga sana. Kwa nini usalimishe mshahara wa kazi ambayo ushaifanya? That don't make no sense.

    Ok. Minimum notisi ni siku ngapi? Nikitoa notisi ya siku 14 nitalazimika kurejesha mshahara?

    Kaka, naomba tuwekee hivyo vifungu vinavyosema uki quit kazi bila notice iliyotajwa basi utatakiwa urudishe mshahara wa mwezi mmoja.

    Hapo kwenye red, what if kazi kaanza February mwaka jana, hadi leo hii march si mwaka tayari au ukishaanza kazi wanahesabu kuanzia January, no matter kazi mtu kaanza mwezi upi? Naomba ufafanuzi pliz!
