    Wakuu naomba mnipe experience hapa!

    Hapa ofisini kwangu nimeajiri Human Resources Officer hivi karibuni.Siku ya interview hakuwa na vyeti orginal na akatoa sababu kuwa hakuweza kuja navyo kwa sababu amepata taarifa ya usaili akiwa msibani Mara hivyo ikawa vigumu kwenda kuchukua vyeti.Hivyo akahidi kuwa kama itatokea ameshinda usaili basi siku ya kuripoti kazini atakuja navyo.Kwa bahati nzuri akashinda usaili ule.

    Siku anaripoti mabosi wote hawakuwepo ofisini na mtu aliyeachiwa ofisi hakuwa na taarifa hizo,hivyo akampa mkataba na kumkabidhi ofisi kijana akaendelea kudunda mzigo.Wenye ofisi waporudi,walikumbuka kuwa hakuona vyeti vya mwajiriwa mpya hivyo ikabidi wamuandike barua ya kutaka alete vyeti halisi.Cha kushangaza kijana huyo akaleta tena vyeti ambavyo siyo halisi(vile alivyokuja navyo kwenye usaili).Akaambiwa hivyo siyo vyeti ofisi inavyovihitaji.Akaambiwa kwa mara ya pili kuwa alete vyeti halisi.Ajabu kijana akaja na barua inayoonyesha kuwa amesoma mwaka wa masomo(Postgraduate) 2010/2011 na hivyo vyeti bado havijaanza kutolewa hapo chuoni.Lkn provisional results zinaonyesha amesoma mwaka 2008/2009!Hivyo vitu viwili vinatofautiana.

    Pia akaja na hadithi nyingine kuwa vyeti vya form four na form six vilipotea lakini hakuwa na police report.Odisi ikakaa na kuamua kumwandikia barua ya kutokuendelea na kazi mpk awasilishe vyeti halisi.Siku inayofuata akaja na barua ya kukiri kuwa vyeti vilipotea na kuja na police report ya march na tangazo la gazeti amabapo alitangaza kupotelewa na vyeti hivyo wakati Vitu hivyo(Tangazo na police report) vyote ni vya mwezi march mwaka huu na interview ilifanyika November 2011 na hakusema kama hana vyeti kwa sababu ya ukupotelewa.

    Sasa wadau nisaidieni nikimfukuza huyu mtu atakuwa na base yoyote ya kwenda mahakamani kushtaki?Maana nashindwa kuelewa ,naona amekuwa kanjanja wa mjini.

    Nimesoma na kurudiarudia mara nyingi tu lakini swali nililonalo limeshindwa kutoka kabisa, sifahamu unafanya shughuli gani kwenye hiyo ofisi, lakini inaonekana ni ofisi kubwa tu

    swali langu ni kuwa hivi kweli hauna mwanasheria wa hiyo kampuni yako?, unaendeshaje shughuli zako bila kuwa na mtaalamu/Mshauri wako wa kisheria?
    hebu jaribu kumtumia mwanasheria wako uliyenaye atakupa majibu mazuri kwa sababu yeye atakuwa yupo field kulinganisha na majibu yetu ya hapa JF

    kwenye mkataba mliompa kipengele kinachosimamia swala la mwajiriwa kusimamishwa au kufukuzwa kazi ni zipi?
