    ndugu zangu naombeni mnipe ushauri wenu kuhusu hili taizo ambalo la kiafya ambalo limekuwa kikisumbua mara kwa mara, tatizo lenyewe linausu kupata choo kigumu mara kwa mara na matokeo yake kufanya nipate maumivu makali ambao uchukua muda kupoa katika sehemu ya kutolea haja, msaaada pls..............

    Kunywa fluid kwa wingi sana kama maji,juice,soda nk.Kuna hii juice kubwa ya AZAM yenye MANGO mara nyingi huwa inalainisha choo sana.Nimeshafanyia utafiti hilo kwani mimi mwenyewe huwa naitumia sana na wakati mwingine huwa inapelekea kuharisha kabisa.

    Ikishindikana hivyo basi katumie dawa za kulainisha choo ambazo zimejaa tele kwenye maduka ya dawa.Najua kuwa hilo tatizo linawasumbua watu wengi sana ila huwa hawasemi.Tena ukichelewa litakusababishia ugonjwa uitwao hemorrhoids au kwa kiswahili wanaita maotea kwenye sehemu ya haja kubwa.

    Kula mapapai na mboga mboga za majani na kunywa maji kwa siku tatu mfululizo kwa sasa usafishe tumbo hilo mkuu.
    Usile wali, wala nyama wala chapati sijui mikate kwa siku hizo tatu wewe komaa na papai na mboga za majani tu utaona mambo yatakavyo badairika.

    Baada hapo sasa usikose kula matunda na mboga za majani kwenye mlo wako wa kila siku.


    Unapata choo mara ngapi kwa siku sasa hivi?

    Nimezidi kupitia ripoti zote za WanaJF na choo unatakiwa upate mara 3 mpk 4 kwa siku binadamu mwenye afya njema kisayansi. Tofauti na hapo ni soo.

    Pole sana, pia unaweza kunywa mafuta yaitwayo OLIVE OIL (EXTRA VIRGIN).
    Kijiko kimoja cha chakula unapoamka kabla ya kunywa chai na kijiko kimoja wakati wa kulala cku 7.
    Hii inasaidia sio kwa kufunga choo tu, bali pia matatizo ya Gas na Vidonda vya tumbo.

    Jitahidi kunywa maji kwa wingi,matunda kama maembe,ndizi,Papai ni muhimu uyale kabla ya chakula hii itakusaidia

    Kama hali hiyo inatokea mara kwa mara basi inabidi ubadilishe utaratibu wako wa maisha. Ongeza kunywa maji (lakini usizidishe 2,5l per day), usile ugali chapati na mikate sana. Ongeza fruits na veggies, hasa machungwa. Iwe ni kawaida yako abisa. Pia fanya mazoezi ya abdominals, yanaongeza flow ya damu in the bowels na ku-accelerate digestive system.
    Kama ni tatizo linakutokea kwa mara hii tu basi kunywa bisacodyl (ao derivatice) itasaidia instantly.
