    Salaam Wadau,

    Naomba msaada wenu juu ya taratibu na Gharama za Kupata Building Permit ya Ghorofa 1 kwa ajili ya makazi, eneo la Kibada, Kigamboni.
    Kiwanja ni cha mradi (Kimepimwa),

    Pia Ramani zote mbili (kawaida+Civil) ninazo.

    Mdau kwanza hongera kwa hatua hiyo, mie nami nina wazo kama la kwako ila mie hati bado hazijatoka. Ila najua kuwa kama hati unazo mkononi, unatafuta mchora ramani ambaye yuko registered halafu ramani yako hiyo unaipeleka ardhi (W) ambayo kwa ww ni Temeke, ikishapitishwa wilayani, then unaanza ujenzi wako. Taratibu zote hizo gharama yake ni kwa hao wachora ramani tu, na baadae fundi anayejua kazi yake vizuri.
    Wadau wengine wataongezea.

    Mkuu kwanza pata michoro (both Architectural and structural) na iwe imegongwa mihuri ya registered engineer (kwa structural drawings). Kisha nenda nayo pale Temeke manispaa. Gharama yake haizidi shilingi za kitanzania elfu arobaini na tano tu. Ila kama kuna vikorombwezo vingine mfano, ukuta (fence), servant quarter n.k gharama zinaongezeka kidogo. Hawa jamaa hufanya vikao vyao mara moja kwa kila miezi miatatu kutoa vibali isipokuwa kama kuna dharura ambapo mwombaji inabidi alipe kama milioni 2. Kwahiyo fanya mapema waweza kubahatisha ukakuta kikao kiko karibu kufanyika.

    mmhh kaazi kweli kweli...but mbona huwa tunapita pita mitaanai tunaona watu wanatupia magorofa yao na hata hamna vibao nje kuonyesha kama wana building permit au nn??

    Kuwa na Permit ni kitu kimoja,
    Display kwenye Ubao nje ni kitu kingine mkuu.
    Permit inakua kwenye aina ya karatasi so huwezi kuianika ubaoni Nje.
    Hata hizo mbao nje sio za kuziamini sana.
    Wajanja wanaweza kukuandikia kumbe hakuna lolote, yaani Nyumba ikiisha kujengwa linang'olewa na kuhamishiwa kwengine.

    Huyo watakuwa wamemwibia au huyo lawyer wake kaweka gharama kubwa za kufuatilia mwenyewe. Mkuu haya masuala kama uko karibu inabidi ufanye mwenyewe vinginevyo kama uko busy sana basi ukubali kulipa zaidi. Jamaa yangu mmoja yeye alitapeliwa na architecture wake akamdanganya kuwa gharama ni laki nne na arobaini elfu halafu akala hizo pesa akawa anamdanganya client wake kuwa bado kibali hakijatoka mpaka alipooamua kufuatilia mwenyewe na kukuta kuwa jamaa hajapeleka hizo docs manispaa.
