Mourinho for England???

Let them start from the drawing board.

Sidhani kama ataikubali hii post, he seems to be more interested in clubs management ambako anajua hata mambo yakienda vibaya katikati ya msimu, atatumia january transfer window kuweka mambo sawa.

Kweli, unajua mimi bado sijaamini kama Mourinho mkali kama waingereza wanavyompapatikia. Ila naona wanataka wa-risk waone kama kweli he is the special one.

Jose: I'll make England wait

JOSE MOURINHO will make the FA sweat on his answer after holding talks over becoming England's new boss.
SunSport can exclusively reveal Mourinho has yet to make up his mind following negotiations between his agent Jorge Mendes and the FA on Friday. England chiefs are ready to offer him the job. But Mourinho wants assurances that Soho Square bosses will back his plans off the field as well as on it.

A source close to Mourinho told SunSport: "There was a meeting with the FA and Jorge Mendes outlined the parameters that would make Jose accept the position. "But there has been absolutely no decision made yet - and nothing will be decided for a few days."
Mourinho wants a two-and-a-half year deal to take him to the 2010 World Cup.

Should he accept the job, his aim would be to lead England to glory in South Africa and then return to club management.
Mourinho's official spokesman Eladio Parames confirmed the meeting with the FA and said the Portuguese manager is now expecting an official offer. Parames said: "I'm not going to hide that there were contacts because there have been. Jose Mourinho is available to receive an offer."

Direct contact

It is well known Mourinho is still attracted by the idea of coaching a club. And if one of Europe's top sides like AC Milan or Barcelona offer him the chance he could STILL be tempted.
The source close to Mourinho added: “It’s true that there has been direct contact between the FA and his representative Jorge Mendes. “For Jose there was more interest in coaching a club than a national team. But the English national team is different. It has different prestige, with different conditions. The prestige is important. “He likes England, his family likes England, he spent three years there, he likes English football, the players like him.

"If there’s a concrete offer it’s something to consider and if all the terms are understood and accepted, there’s a big possibility that he can accept an offer. It’s interesting. We’ll see.” In the talks, Mendes told the FA Mourinho wants guarantees he would be able to restructure the way England is run.
The former Chelsea boss would like to see an Academy of Football for young talents - much like the celebrated Clairefontaine academy in France.

He also wants to establish a medical department working exclusively for the FA.

He is amazed that England use Arsenal's physio Gary Lewin instead of having a full-time staff.

He won't manage the England team well as his type of coaching is based on highly talented players of which England lacks.
