    wakuu, media tena. Sasa nina nyeti kwamba ukiyaona ya firauni utashangaa ya musa. Mwananchi communications limited nako kuna mambo ya ubaguzi katika mishahara baina ya watanzanyika na wakenia. Utakuta mtu mko idara moja the same job Mkenya milioni 10 mtanzania milioni moja,. Nasikia kuna mkenya mmoja anaitwa. Agunda alikuwa consulting editor kaondoka na mafao ya milioni 120 just three years wakati mzee makunga mtanzania mwnzilishi hatapata hata nusu yake kwa miaka kumi na kitu aliyotumikia pale.     naomba urudi kufanya utafiti wako tena. Ninachokifahamu pale Mwananchi ni kuwa kuna kitu kama scheme of service ambayo ndiyo inatumika kupanga mishahara. Itakwua ni ajabu kama huyo Tom atawazidi wahariri wengine. kama unazungumzia posho, hilo ni jambo jingine na sidhani kama ni sawa kulilinganisha na mishahara.
    Tom ni Mkenya? Kwa bahati mbaya namfahamu huyu jamaa, nimeshawahi kufika kijijini kwao huiko Tarime na kwa ufahamu wangu Tarime ni wilaya ya mkoa wa mara uliopo Tanzania.

    Mimi nilijua NYINGI ya hizi sekta "binafsi" mambo ya mishahara na marupurupu ni bagaining ya mwajiriwa na mwajir: na bahati mbaya watz ni wepesi wa kuomba discount dukani na wazito wa kubagain mshahara na mwajiri!!!

    ni kampuni ya wakenya na ndio ambao hufaidi zaidi.........! na ili upate ajira kirahisi ni rahisi kama uka-fake kuwa ni mkenya

    Ukweli ndio huo baba, wabongo hatujui ku bargain mishahara ila akija mgeni si lazima awe mkenya hata mwingine yeyote anajitahidi ku-bargain ili pate kipato cha kumuwezesha kuishi kulingana na uwajibikaji wake

    1. Wageni kulipwa kuliko wenyeji-Hii ni kweli na ndivyo ilivyo duniani kote, hata hapa nyumbani, Watanzania wote wanaofanya kazi balozi mbalimbali, hulipwa chini kuliko wazungu hata kama mko ngazi moja, hii ni justified kutokana na huyu mgeni kuishi kwa gharama kubwa zaidi kuliko mwenyeji. Hata sisi Watanzania wenyewe, wale wanaofanya decent jobs nchi za watu kama experts, wanalipwa vizuri kuliko wenyeji.

    Nenda kwenye balozi zetu, utakuta Watanzania wanaofanya kazi huko kama diplomat wanalipwa vizuri kuliko wenyeji, na kuza kazi ambazo tunatakiwa kuwaajiri wenyeji kwenye balozi zetu, lakini kutokana na dhiki zetu, tumewaajiri Watanzania kama locals, wao nao wanalipwa mishahara ya wenyeji ambayo ni midogo kuliko wenzao diplomats.

    2. Watanzania tuna tatizo la bargaing power ya mishahara, kuna dada Mtanzania, alitafuta kazi mahali nas kuitwa kwenye interview, kumbe pia kuna mkenya aliitwa. Huyo dada ni freshh graduate wa UD na Mkenya ni diploma holder wa cho fulani cha uchochoroni tu kule Nairobi.

Nikamuuliza tena, mshahara wa kiasi gani utakutosha mahitaji yako yote?, alijibu hata laki 5 (500,000), na kusema kwa vile yeye ni mtoto wa kike, hivyo anaishi na wazazi wake, hivyo zitamtosha kabisa. Nikampa inside information kuwa package ya hiyo kazi ni kati ya 1.2 mpaka 2.4. Hivyo nikamwambia wakukuuliza mshahara wewe waambie around 2.M alafu nga'ang'ania hapo usishuke.     Sasa nilipomuuliza kwa nini alishuka, akasema aliogopa kutaka hela nyingi!, nikamwambia kwa taarifa yako, mwenzako analipwa 2.4!.

    Hivi ndivyo Watanzania tulivyo when it comes to salary bargain!.
