    Wana JF, habari za leo!
    Nimekuwa na tatizo la kusumbuliwa na miguu kwa mda wa mwezi mmoja sasa, hili tatizo huwa linanikuta hasa ninapokuwa nimekaa kwenye kiti nimetulia au nikiwa nafanya kazi maana kwa siku moja muda wangu wa kazi nakuwa nimekaa masaa 7 hadi 8! miguu huwa inauma, kuwasha, inachoka, inakuwa mizito. Hili tatizo huwa silisikii kabisa nikisimama au kutembea tembea au hata nikilala kitandani huwa silisikii.
    Wana JF naomba mnisaidie kwa anayejua tatizo hilo linasababishwa nanini na naweza kulitatua vipi!

    Una urefu gani,kilo ngapi,una umri gani,unakula mara ngapi kwa siku,unakunywa maji kiasi gani kwa siku,unapokwenda kazini unatumia usafiri wako(private car)au unapanda basi,unapendelea kula chakula gani au kinywaji gani,una tatizo lolote la kiafya eg.pressure,kisukari n.k?Nijibu hayo nijue jinsi ya kukusaidia.

    Nina urefu wa futi 5 na inchi 6, nina uzito wa kilo 80, nina miaka 29, ninakula mara 3 kwa siku kwa maana ya breakfast, lunch na dinner, kwa siku nakunywa maji km lita 1, kazini natumia usafiri wa ofisi na ni mwendo wa dakika 5 kufika ofisini, napendelea kula ugali, wali, ndizi, samaki, nyama choma ya mmbuzi, supu ya ng,ombe, kuku na utumbo vile vile ni mnywaji wa bia aina ya kilimanjaro kila siku lazima nipate angalau 2, sijawahi kupima sukari na sina tatizo la pressure.

    Mkuu, uzito wako upo juu sana kulingana na urefu ulioutaja. Kwa urefu ulio nao unatakiwa ucheze kwenye kilo 60 mpaka 65 tu na si zaidi na kama utazidi basi isiwe zaidi ya kilo 71. kwahiyo:
    1. Upo OVERWEIGHT kwa zaidi ya kilo 15, hii ni kwa sababu kwa siku masaa mengi unakuwa umekaa na hutembeitembei.
    2. Kuna uwezekano mkubwa una hata BP na kisukari kipo njiani.

    Uzito wako upo juu kama alivyoelezea fadhili paulo ukilinganisha na urefu wako,aina ya chakula unachokula sio tatizo sana bali ili upunguze huo uzito inatakiwa upunguze kiwango cha chakula unachokula,kwani taking 2 beers everyday ina tabia ya kukuongezea appetite ya kula sana,kwahiyo hata hizo beer ningekushauri unywe moja kwa siku or even skipping a day or two,hiyo distance ya nyumbani kwako na ofisini pia inaonyesha ni mahali unapoweza kutembea kwa miguu,5 minutes go sio mbali kivile ningekushauri utembee ili ikusaidie ku-cut weight,hizo nyama choma na supu za ng'ombe pia unaweza ukapunguza frequency ya kuvila kwani vinachangia sana kuongeza uzito,pia jioni jaribu kufanya mazoezi itakusaidia,nadhani prevention is better than cure na nikiangalia maelezo yako ni kwamba bado hujachelewa na hizo unazopata ni signs za magonjwa kama kisukari,pressue n.k

    Pamoja na ushauri huo mzuri ulioupata kwa wadau mimi ningependa nikupatie lishe nzuri sana iliyoandaliwa kiasilia isiyo na kemikali na yenye virutubisho vyote kwa ajili ya kupunguza uzito. Uzito wako utapungua bila kujichosha sana ukilazimisha uzito upungue wakati mwingine bila mafanikio au kwa mafanikio kidogo huku ukiwa umeshachoka na kuonekana kama mzee.
