Wakati mnaendelea kubishana kwenye episodes za MENGI vs ROSTAM
Nadhani mnajua jamaa wako kwenye process ya kumchagua DG mpya pale NHC lakini cha ajabu waziri husika na kigogo fulani wa IKULU wanatuhumiwa kuwa amekuwa instrumental katika kuvuruga process nzima ili jamaa wa nyumbani kwao apate na wamefika hatua ya kubadilisha hata matangazo ili kumuaccomodate candidate mmoja
Ukistaajabu ya musa utashangaa ya firauni
Na tangazo la pili lilikuwa scaled down hata masharti ya elimu ili jamaa apate tuu
anyway hiyo ndio habari..sasa tegeemni wengine kuja tutetea huu fisadi
Naomba kuchangia machache kwa ufahamu wangu wa mambo ya ajira kwenye vyeo vya CEO.
1. GT anasema vigezo vilishushwa ili kumu-accomodate mtu... mimi nakataa kilichoshushwa lazima itakuwa accademic qualification ambazo kama unahitaji results zaidi hazimati sana... mfano Temu CEO wa Dahaco/Swissport amepata masters juzi juzi tu baada ya kuwa CEO of a performing company for years.
2. Nyinyi mnao-question hizo system ndio umsio-jua corporate world iko vipi?
3. Watu wazuri kwenye soko la ajira hawaombi kazi,,, that is a fact... ndio maana corporate organisation wanavyowatumia recrutment agency... hao recruitment agency ndio wana-poach watu from one company to another.
4. Tutofautishe kuajiri na sheria ya PPRA. kule PPRA lazima ushindanishe walioomba kazi... kwenye ajira ukiona waliomba wote ovyo u find plan B. that what Ikulu did. bravo Ikulu... they will understand baadaye.
5. A good bachelor degree is quite sufficient for many CEO kama wana experience, attitute na behaviour nzuri... CEO sio academicians hauhitaji kuwa na PHD za Washington University... na mara nyingi watu wenye madegree mengi ni watu wa theories... CEO sio mtu wa theory ni mtu wa making things happens.
6. Ndio maana interview za Ma-CEO ni tofauti sana.... wakati mwingine ni kumjua mtu anajua mambo yanayoendelea duniani kwenye corporate world kwa kiasi gani.... sio kupandishana vyeo ati nilikuwa principal economist pale wizara ya mambo ya ndani... bla bla bla... its about what you have done...
6. Naona uvivu naishia hapa... nadhani hamtaelewa hata nisemeje.
