    Ndizi mshare au ndizi kimalindi au za mbea tano(5) inategemea na familia yako
    samaki nusu kilo wabichi sato itakuwa nzuri zaidi
    nyanya moja
    kitunguu kimoja
    karori moja
    pili pili hoho
    mafuta vijiko viwili vikubwa

    1. Osha samaki wako vizuri hakikisha wametakata mpaka maji ya kusuuza yawe meupe
    2.Bandika kikaango jikoni weka mafuta ya kutosha kukaanga samaki, mafuta yapate moto wa kutosha, baada ya hapo tumbukiza samaki wako na waache kwa dakika **** wasikauke wawe brown kidogo.
    3. Menya ndizi, bandika sufuria jikoni weka ndizi kidogo chini , then weka samaki halafu katia viungo vyote, vitunguu, pilipili hoho yote, karoti moja, na nyanya moja.
    4. Weka ndizi zilizo baki, weka chumvi kiasi , weka maji kidogo. Itakuwa vizuri kama utafunika na sifuria ili mvuke urudi ndani, usifunike na mfuniko, endelea kuweka maji kidogo mpaka uhakikishe zimeiva,
    5. Usigeuze na mwiko utafanya chakula kipondeke, hivyohivyo ulivyofunika zigeuze kwa kuzirusha mpaka zichanganyike, weka mchuzi kiasi unachotaka , ziache kwa dakika tano. tayari kwa kuliwa.
