Mbegu za kiume kutoka zikiwa zimeganda

This question is often dehydration . When a semen analysis is performed, one factor that is closely examined is viscosity, or the liquidity of the ejaculate. Free-flowing ejaculate lets the sperm travel into the cervical mucus without difficulty; viscous, or thick, ejaculate can slow or even halt the progress of sperm, making it difficult to fertilize the egg. Viscosity can be reduced by using simple lifestyle changes or with medical treatment.
While dehydration may play an important role, many men find that this happens when no other changes in lifestyle or diet have taken place. There may be several explanations, including dehydration or infrequent ejaculation, but one common, but overlooked, cause is low testosterone. Men do not often put these symptoms together, but viscous or clumpy semen is often asscociated with a lowered production of male hormones. Other symptoms may include weight gain, reduced mucle tone and strength, low energy, and mild irritability.

Instructions

1.Take a multivitamin that includes zinc. Balancing your nutrients can help to boost semen production.

2.Avoid diuretics, such as caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. These substances cause dehydration, and when consumed in large quantities can interrupt hydration necessary for semen production. Make sure you are avoiding these substances and are drinking enough water---6 to 8 glasses per day---for proper hydration.

3.Use a guaifenesin medication. Guaifenesin, an expectorant, can be found in over-the-counter cold and cough medications. The expectorant loosens and frees mucus, allowing it to flow freely.

4.Have your doctor perform a prostate exam. An infected prostate can prevent semen from liquefying properly; this can be treated with antibiotic therapy.

5.Have a doctor wash your semen to separate sperm from the ejaculate. The result of a sperm wash is motile sperm in a non-viscous medium, which can then be used for home insemination or intrauterine insemination performed by a doctor.

Its not a problem, its a normal variation among ejaculating men, Ponography isnt the best source of information by the way. For as long as the semen is flowing out, I agree with gfsonwin, you are potent enough. One question for you though do you get the orgasm in the process? if the answer is yes, concentrate on ensuring your partner enjoys the act as well all the time! The outcome? procreation.
All the best

I don't agree with your point. I think this person has a problem called sperm hyperviscositya nd hypokinetic. he should go for medical check. up . Most of people who write here aren't medical persons, so it difficult to know the right advice. if you try to look after sperm analysis you gonna get the diagnosis. thank you.
