    Me naomba kuuliza, hivi huyu mustafa Hassan ally mwanamitindo, huu wembamba alionao ni diet au kuna kitu kingine kimefanyika?
    Maana miaka ya nyuma kidogo nilivyomuona na sasa inanipa wasiwasi mie mwenzenu... Wembamba huu ambao kila siku naona kama unaongezeka nini? , Maana kama ni diet, hata mie ningetaka wakati nikija kuwa mnene.

    Sayansi at ots best, itakuwa ni gastric bypass unafanyiwa opereshini ndogo ya kupunguza mafuta na kupunguza ukubwa wa tumbo kuchukua chakula hivyo unakonda ghaflaa u can run from 120kg to 55 kg. Japo si daktari i think its a dangerous exercise.

    mh,unapenda ya huko chini eh! Anyway cna uhakika kama itakuwa hivo au la but mi nilipungua kote.hebu niambie unaweza kaa bila carbs and sugar kwa three weeks?.

    If so hebu cheki hollywood diet for seven days, then ukimaliza hiyo anza kula matunda na mboga za kuchemsha tu for three weeks. Tumia kabichi na vegies kama karot na peas,green pepper etc. Uctumie dried beans. Pata maji mengi sana kwa cku hata lita tatu au nne. Jitahidi upate juice ya tango,karoti na ukwaju uchanganye vyote.

    Kikubwa ni kuwa mwaminifu tu kwenye diet ukimaliza three weeks pumzika kidogo kwa wiki moja then endelea kwa two weeks tena.

    Baada ya kumaliza sasa anza kula kwa mpangilio mzuri na ukioa vipi uwe na cku za "kujinyima"
    utapendeza sanaaaa.
