    Habari zilizotufikia hivi punde zinasema marubani wa kampuni ya ndege ya tanzania wamegoma kurusha ndege mpaka watakapoakikishiwa mishahara yao..akiongea na na msemaji wetu mtoa habari ambaye alikuwa miongon mwao anasema """yaah ni kweli tumaeamua kugoma na hivi ninavyoandika tuko na mkutano na menejiment yao naomba unapgie mchana
    Baada ya mchana tulijaribu kuwasiliana nae ambapo simu ilikuwa imezimwa mpaka hapo baadae tulipoampata na kutuabarisha yaliyotokea#

    Kingine kibaya walivyyoona tunapiga kelele wakaamuua kutangaza tukachukue sh laki 5 kila rubani...walihisi tunahongeka kijinga sana..tukawaambia lengo ni kuhakisha wafanyakazi woote wanalipwa mshahara na si kututenganisha...ndipo akanyanyuka mmoja wa menejimente na kudai kuwapa million 1 wakisubiri..tukawaambia hakuna kitakachofanyika bila mshahara;embu angalia ndugu yangu..baada tu ya mkutano tukaambiwa chequee zote za mshahara zimeepelekwa kwenye bank..tukaenda baadhi ya bank na kukomfirm tukaamua kurusha ndege ya jioni.....,
    Hbari zilizo tufikia punde zinasema ndege ya mwanza iliokuwa iondoke saa kumi kamili iliashindwa kuondoka kwa muda muafaka na kuamua kuondoka saa kuminamoja kutokana na kuchelewa kwa mmoja wa marubani ....#
    Akisimulia mkasa huo anasema ilibidi rubani mmoja aende kuokoa jahazi bila hata ya uniform za kazi...inashangaza sana kuona rubani anarusha ndege ya abiria na nguzo za nyumbani....akihitimisha mazungumzo yetu mmoja wa warusha ndege alisema unajua wanatuchezea sana hawa ...sasa tumemwambia kuanzia mwezi ujao hakuna kurusha ndege mpaka watupe mshahara...kuanzia tarehe moja mwezi ujao.....si unaona walivyo washenzi yule mkuu wa fedha analia kabisa kwenye kikao hakuna hela jamani tunawaomba tulivyoamua na msimamo wetu unaambiwa ati cheque zimeenda kwenye ma bank...kwa hiyo means walikuwa na cheque wamezikalia
    Ndugu kila la kheri wacha nkapumzike nilikuwa mkutanoni tokaasubuhi

    Kazi ipo msimamo huo ndio mzuri sana ....maana wanajidAnganyakuwa wa tz ni waoga...sio kizazi hiki...wanasahau kuwa wao pale wamewekwa tu ATCL sio yao watapita tu...hongera sana marubani.

    Sasa ikiwa akuna abiria wa kulipia mishahara minono mnategemea wakaibe wapi BOT au naona ipo haja ya shirika kupunguza marubani na kupunguza idadi ya safari zisizolipa ,ni bora uwe na rubani mmoja ambae unamlipa vizuri kuliko kuwa na utitiri wa marubani halafu huna hela ya kuwaridhisha waachwe waende jeshini huko wataendesha makaribou bila ya hata mshahara wa kuaminika.

    Huu mgomo ni uthibitisho wa hali halisi ya ATCL kuwa iko hoi bin taaban kifedha na kiuendeshaji. Kama hizo cheki zimetoka ni bail out ya aina fulani toka serikalini. Kwa lugha nyingine hata misahara ya ATCL inatoka serikalini kwenye kodi zetu.

    Lazima tufike mahali tuwe realistic kwenye issue hii ya ATCL. Haiwezekani shirika lina ndege 2 zizalishe faida ya kulipa wafanyaka 300!.

    Dawa ni mbili tuu, au stumulus package ya mabilioni ili kuijengea uwezo kuoparate at 100% capacity, au kukubali yaishe, kuretrench work force to the reasonable affordable capacity ianze kugrow bit by bit mpaka kuja kurudisha heshima yake.

    Hali ya ATCL ilipo sasa ni hali ngumu ya hoi bin taabani, lazima imeze kidoge kichungu ili isurvive au iendelee kudekezwa kwa kubebwa mpaka kaburini.

    Hili swala ndio nililokua nikisema rais wetu aache usanii. Tatizo la ATCL halikuwa swala la yeye kuwatembelea kufanya nao kikao kifupi then kuwaambia tunawapa 2bil or so next Monday muanze kurusha ndege. Huu ulikua ni usanii mkubwa na kulididimiza shirika zaidi. Kwanini tusifanya a detailed feasibility analysis preceded by situation analysis including scanning the operating environment to come up with feasible long term sustainable solution. Mbona ni kitu kidogo sana siwatangaze hiyo kazi jamani.

    Mkuu, nimeipenda sana hii.

    Ugonjwa ndo upo hapo. Hatuna utamaduni wa kufanya kitu hiyo. Sana sana wataunda kamati ya wabunge mafisadi, bila hata detailed ToR na nothing will be done.

    ATCL ipo chakani muda mrefu na serikali imekuwa inawasupport bila kujua/kujali ukubwa wa tatizo. Tunaendekeza usanii tu kama muungawana alivyofanya.

    That's among the good business model if you have thorough analysis and you have a good benchmark project domestically run. Nevertheless, the politics managing that firm have made the firm worse to the extent that, those politicians will have no economic negotiation basis on the actual return they should get thus end up totally giving it to those firms and earning nothing. Look at what happened when we had SA airlines. Tutaibiwa tena mkuu tukibinafsisha for it will be an adhoc decision

    Chimbuko la matatizo ya ATCL kama inavyojulikana ni kupeana kazi kwa undugu na urafiki ; toka kwa huyo waziri Kawambwa mpaka CEO Mattaka!! Kawambwa aliunda kikosi kazi kuchunguza ATCL mpaka sasa amekalia ile ripoti ya Prof. Mshoro, hataki kuiweka wazi huku mapesa chungu nzima yameliwa na wanakikosi islamic akiwemo" GAME THEORY" .Serikali inatoa ruzuku kuwalipa wafanyakazi wa ATCL bila kuzalisha kitu chochote na huyo Mchina wanaemtegemea inasemekana ameingia mitini!! Kama hivyo ndivyo kwanini shirika lisipunguze idadi ya wafanyakazi ili wabakie wale wataohudumia hizo ndege mbili walizonazo?

    tatizo kubwa la airtanzania hata wakipata matatizo hawataki kukaa chini na kujiuliza tatizo lilianzia wapi,,,aikuwa raisi kuanza kazi ka ma daladala kisa tu rais kasema ziruke...tunaitaji wapelekwe watu wenye vichwa vyao na uchungu wa nchi yao ndipo hilo shirika litatoka........
    tteeeteeehhhhh nimesoma gadian wanatafuta kampuni ya kuwafanyia markerting....shame wale takataka mliowaajiri marketing wanafaqnya kazi gani...hapo ni ulaji jk liangalie hilo tusijeletewa kampunn ya mattaka hapo kisirirsiri..kama alivyomleta mjomba wake mashaka kununua magari ya atcl...

    Mshahara ya Rubani wa Kitanzania kwa mwezi ni sawa na mshahara wa week moja wa mbeba box(manual labour) wa Kimarekani. Vile vile mshahara wa Dakitari wa Kitanzania (with Masters Degree) ni sawa na pay check ya week moja na siku 2 ya mbeba box wa Kimarekani.

    Mshahara wa Dakitari wa Kimarekani wa mwezi mmoja ni sawa na msharahara wa Dakitari wa Kitanzania wa miaka 2-3. Degree sawa na experience sawa kabisa. Mshahara wa Dakitari wa Kimarekani ni kari ya $400,000-2,000,000.00 kwa mwaka . Wakati huo Dakitari Mtanzania ni $8,000.00- 15,000 kwa mwaka. hivyo Mshahara wa Dakitari wa Kimarekani kwa mwaka ni sawa pia ni zaidi ya Mshahara wa Mtanzania wa muda wake wote wa maisha ya Udakitari plus Pension. Kwa nini usikimbie nje kutafuta maisha.

    Precision nako madudu tu! juzijuzi nusura ndege igonge mlima kilimanjaro ilikuwa inaendeshwa na mhudumu rubani kauchapa usingizi!

    Kokolo, kumbuka pia bongo ukiwa na dola moja unapata bia ya serengeti kiulaini, huko uesi vipi? Pamoja na posho kiduchu watu wanaendesha vogue na wanavibanda vyao bila shida.

    tuwe wazalendo kwanza huduma za ATCL ni bora kuliko precision air.
    ndege za ATCL on time. hazilundiki watu to the maxmum carrying capacity. preciussion utakuta imejaa hadi mizigo mingine wameweka chini ya viti. ndege za precission maranyingi zinakuwa na kasoro hasa katika kutua. ticketi pengine zinakuwa ni deal. lakini kwa upande wa ATCL sijaona kabisa tatizo. sis watanzania ndo tumekosa uzalendo na shirika letu. mimi binafsi siwezi kusafiri na precission kama in the same route kuna ATC. Kwanza naweza kubadili tarehe ya kusafiri bila wasiwasi wowote wa kukosa nafasi.ndege ziko very uptodate. zina nafasi.ingawa marubani wake wengi ni wa nje. precission ni kama daladala. wana maudhi mengi hasa kuelekea kule kigoma.
    tukiwa wazalendo na shirika letu litabadilika. halafu huyo rubani anayeona dola 200 kwa kulipwa management members ni tatizo labda amekosea kunegotiate mshahara wake.
