    Mahitaji
    Wali uliopikwa (cooked rice) kiasi
    Hoho la kijani (green pepper) 1/2
    Hoho jekundu (red pepper) 1/2
    Carrot 1
    Kitunguu kikubwa (onion) 1
    Njegere (pears) 1/2 kikombe cha chai
    Mayai (eggs) 2
    Uyoga (mushroom) 2 vikombe vya chai
    Soy source 2 vijiko vya chakula
    Chumvi (salt) kiasi
    Mafuta (veg oil) 3 vijiko vya chakula

    Matayarisho
    Katakata hoho, kitunguu,na uyoga vipande vikubwa kiasi(chunks) kisha katakata carrot zisiwe nene au nyembamba sana. Baada ya hapo weka mafuta katika katika frying pan yako isiyoshika chini acha yapate moto kisha tia uyoga na ukaange mpaka uive.Baada ya hapo tia vegetable zote na uzikaange pamoja na uyoga kwa muda wa dakika 2, kisha katika hiyohiyo frying pan zisogeze vegetable zako pembeni (ili kupata nafasi ya kukaangia mayai).Yakaange mayai katika hiyo sehemu yakiisha iva yavuruge na kisha yachanganye pamoja na vegetable na kisha tia chumvi kidogo sana. Baada ya hapo malizia kwa kutia wali na soy source kisha koroga vizuri mpaka mchanganyiko wako wote uchanganyike vizuri (hakikisha wali unapata
    moto na vegetable haziivi sana) . Na baada ya hapo chakula chako kitakuwa tayari
