    NAMNA YA KUTENGENEZA MAANDAZI

    Chukua Amira ya chenga gram 11, Chumvi nusu kijiko kidogo cha chai,Sukari gram 250, Unga wa ngano kilo moja, Maji ya uvugu vugu nusu lita, Mafuta ya kupikia lita 2 na nusu. Weka pakiti ndogo ya amira yenye ujazo wa gramu 11 yoote kwenye unga wako wa kilo moja. Kisha weka chumvi nusu kijiko kidogo cha chai chumvi hii husaidia kupunguza mafuta ndani ya andazi baada ya kuiva andazi lako litakua halina mafuta safi na salama kwa mlaji. Weka sukari gram 250 katika unga wako. Baada ya hapo weka mafuta ya moto ujazo wa kikombe kidogo cha chai au gr 250 changanya vizuri mafuta bado yakiwa ya moto. Kisha weka maji ya uvuguvugu ili kuuwa ngano na kufanya amira kuweza kuumuka haraka. Kanda mchanganyiko wako safi kwa kutumia nguvu na umakini mpaka mchanganyiko wako uwe laini. Mchangyanyiko wako kama uko bado ni teketeke na ulizidisha maji kidogo weka unga kiasi kisha endelea kukanda mpaka uwe mkavu na laini. Hapa safi sasa.     Leo tuangalie mapishi ya meat ball (kababu) za nyama ya ng'ombe. Ni kitafunwa kizuri sana kwa asubuhi au hata jioni.

    · Nyama ya kusaga 1/2kg
    · Yai 1
    · Kitunguu maji 1
    · Kitunguu saumu kilichosagwa kijiko 1
    · Pilipili manga kijiko cha chai
    · Chenga za mkata (bread crumbs) kikombe cha chai
    · Kotmir majani 3
    · Chumvi kiasi
    · Mafuta ya kupikia
    Matayarisho
    1. Katakata vitunguu maji vipande vidogo vidogo, kisha changanya nyama ya kusaga, vitunguu maji ,kotmiri iliyokatwakatwa, vitunguu saum (tangawizi ukipenda), na chenga za mkate.(Ukitumia chenga za mkate halisi ni nzuri zaidi kuliko zile spesho za madukani). Weka chumvi na pilipili manga. Waweza pia weka pilipili mbuzi kama utapendelea.
    2. Pigapiga yai na kisha uchanganye kwenye mchanganyiko wako, hakikisha vimechanganyika kabisa. Kisha tengeneza madoge madogo ya mviringo na weka pembeni. Hakikisha madonge sio makubwa sana ili nyama iweze iva vizuri.
    3. Weka kikaango jikoni na mafuta na kiasi ili madonge yako yasizame, weka kababu zako kwenye mafuta na ziache ziive upande mmoja kisha geuza na upande mwingine. Zingatia moto uwe wa kiasi ili zisibabuke bali ziive hadi ndani kabisa.
    4. Epua na weka kwenye sinia yenye karatasi za jikoni ili zichuje mafuta yote kisha weka mezani tayari kwa kula.
    Waweza kula na chai, juis, soda au hata mchuzi wa maharage, mboga za majani n.k jinsi upendavyo mwenyewe.

    NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA
    1.Changanya nyama na vitu vyake kisha gawanya madonge 6 yaliyosawa.
    2.Chukuwa donge moja tia ndani yake yai uliochemsha na lifunike vizuri .
    3.Ukisha maliza yote panga kwenye treya la kupikia katika jiko la oveni nyunyizia mafuta kidogo na choma moto wa 375F kwa muda wa dakika 25.
    4.Yakishaiva epua na kisha ukate kama ilivyo kwenye picha .Tayari kuliwa
