    Njia:
    1. kata figiri iwe vipande. Chemsha maji, halafu tia mahindi na figiri kwenye maji, baada ya dakika moja, vipakue. Na weka vipande vya figiri
    2.tia mafuta kwenye sufuria, tia korosho, korogakoroga, tia mahindi na vipande vya figiri, tia chumvi na chembechembe za kukoleza ladha korogakoroga kwa haraka. Chemsha pamoja kasha ipakue. Mpaka hapo kitoweo hiki kiko tayari kuliwa.[/TD]

    1. osha mapaja ya bata, halafu chemsha maji ukisha tia mapaja ya bata kwenye maji, ili kuondoa damu, halafu yapakue.
    2. osha mwani halafu ukate uwe vipande, kata maharagwe mabichi yawe vipande, kata mahindi yawe vipande.
    3. chemsha maji, halafu tia mapaja ya bata, vipande vya mahindi, maharagwe mabichi, baada ya dakika 20, punguza moto, tia mwani, endelea kuchemsha kwa saa mbili, baadaye tia chumvi, korogakoroga. Ikiiva, ipua na hapo supu inakuwa tayari kwa kunywa.

    2. chemsha maji kwenye sufuria, halafu weka vipande vya boga kwenye sahani halafu weka sufuria, funika kifuniko na kuichemsha kwa mvuke kwa dakika 30 mpaka viwe laani.
    3. chemsha maji halafu tia mchele na choroko kwenye sufuria. Baada ya kuchemka, punguza moto, endelea kuchemsha kwa dakika 15, tia vipande vya maboga, tia tende. Mpaka hapo uji huo uko tayari kuliwa.
