    Hii habari ikoje? Naona inaniogopesha, nani wanagharamia ujenzi wa hiyo reli? Mbona inaonekana kama hao Wazungu ndio wame initiate hii project?

    Tuangalie, tusije tukaibiwa kama kwenye umeme. naomba wenye taarifa zaidi tusaidieni hii project ikoje? Idea yenyewe nimeipenda mno ila tu ninahisi kunaweza kuwa na mafisi yanatuzengea tena.

    Mapinduzi makubwa yaja kwenye reli nchini

    na Mwandishi Wetu

    UJENZI wa reli itakayounganisha mji wa Isaka nchini na mji mkuu wa Rwanda, Kigali, umepangwa kuanza mwakani, Rais Jakaya Kikwete alielezwa jana.

    Ujenzi wa reli hiyo ni moja ya mikakati ya kuboresha miundombinu nchini ambayo itahusisha pia ukarabati mkubwa katika njia nyingine za reli, ikiwemo Reli ya Kati.

    Ujumbe wa Kampuni ya Barlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) kutoka Marekani, ambayo ndiyo itakayofanya kazi hiyo, ulimweleza Rais Kikwete kuwa ujenzi huo unatarajiwa kukamilika mwaka 2013.

    Taarifa iliyotolewa na Ikulu jana, ilieleza kuwa ujumbe huo pia ulimwambia rais kuwa kazi ya ujenzi wa reli hiyo mpya, utakwenda sambamba na matengenezo makubwa na upanuzi wa Reli ya Kati, kati ya Isaka na Dar es Salaam.

    “Upanuzi huo utalenga kuiwezesha Reli ya Kati kufikia kiwango cha kimataifa cha reli, kuongeza nguvu ya reli hiyo kuweza kubeba mabehewa zaidi, na kubeba mizigo mikubwa zaidi na kupunguza muda wa safari,” ilisema taarifa hiyo ya Ikulu.

    Katika mazungumzo kati ya ujumbe huo na Rais Kikwete, yaliyofanyika Ikulu, ujumbe huo pia ulimwambia kuwa maandalizi yote muhimu kwa ajili ya ujenzi wa reli kati ya Isaka na Kigali karibu yanakamilika.

    Ujumbe huo uliwajumuisha Daniel Cooper na mshirika wake, Tom Vegh, kutoka kampuni ya masuala ya fedha ya Fox River Financial Resources, ambayo inahusika na masuala ya fedha kwa ajili ya ujenzi wa reli hiyo, pamoja na John Orrison kutoka Kampuni ya BNFS.

    Mazungumzo hayo pia yalihudhuriwa na Waziri wa Fedha, Zakia Meghji, Waziri wa Miundombinu, Andrew Chenge na Waziri wa Mipango, Uchumi na Uwezeshaji, Dk. Juma Ngasongwa.

    Wakati maandalizi yanaendelea kwa ajili ya ujenzi wa reli ya Isaka-Kigali, na upanuzi wa Reli ya Kati, maandalizi pia yanafanyika kwa ajili ya kuangalia uwezekano wa ujenzi wa reli kati ya Isaka-Kigali-Bujumbura.

    Mbali na hiyo, mipango pia inaandaliwa na kuangalia uwezekano wa kuunganisha Isaka na mji wa Mwanza, na kuunganisha Tabora na Kigoma kwa reli bora zaidi.

    Rais ameuelezea ujumbe huo kuhusu furaha yake kusikia habari hizo, na kusema kuwa serikali yake inaiunga mkono mipango hiyo kwa ‘asilimia 150.’

    “Ujumbe wangu ni mfupi tu – tunataka njia ya reli. Na tunaunga mkono juhudi zenu asilimia 150,” Rais Kikwete aliuambia ujumbe huo.

    Rais pia alitaka kuangaliwa kwa uwezekano wa kuunganisha Reli ya Kati na Reli ya TAZARA, na hivyo kuwezesha mizigo kutoka kusini mwa Afrika kusafirishwa hadi Tanzania, na mizigo ya nchi jirani za kaskazini mwa Tanzania, kusafirishwa kwa urahisi kwenda kusini mwa Afrika.

    Aliuambia ujumbe huo kuwa, serikali imejipanga kuhakikisha kuwa upanuzi na matengenezo makubwa katika Reli ya Kati unakwenda sambamba na upanuzi mkubwa wa Bandari ya Dar es Salaam

    Wasijenge reli ya dizel kwani sasa ni wakati wa kutumia nguvu za Nuklia na urenium ipo,wajenge high speed railway maana wakiuza kilo moja tu ya Uranium black market italipa.

    Umeniwahi kwa dakika chache. Nilikuwa nimeanza kuaandaa SPIN ya hii habari, nikachelea nikigugo hao majamaa ambao wamepigwa picha Ikulu. Watanzania tumeshaumwa na nyoka tukiona unyasi twashituka!

    Kilichonishtua ni Financier wa project na logo ya BNSF. Kwa kuwa nimewahi kufanya kazi katika taasisi za fedha na hasa kuhusiana na hisa za makampuni na BNSF walikuwa ni wateja na pia bidhaa yenye wawekezaji wengi basi machale yakanituma nitafute habari hizi kwa undani. Niliyoyapata ni haya yafuatayo:-
    1. Huu ni mradi wa Tanzania au Rwanda? maana BNSF walikuwa wanafanya kazi na Serikali ya Rwanda na si Tanzania. Jee baada ya kuona Rwanda wanapeta, ndipo nasi tumeanza kuamka? http://www.railpage.com.au/f-p915121.htm
    2. Matumizi ya Logo ya zamani.Logo hii yenye Msalaba katikati iliacha kutumika 2005. Sasa hivi kuna Logo mpya na rangi ni tofauti. Sasa sijui ni Waandishi wetu ndio waliteleza na kutumia hii Logo ya Zamani au makabrasha waliyopewa na"Wazungu" hawa yana hiyo Logo ya zamani (recal Kagoda on Daimler Benz instead of Daimler Chrysler!)
    3. Fox River Financial Resources. Hii kampuni imekuwa ni vigumu kuelewa inachokifanya kwenye mtandao. Kwa mujibuwa hizi link hapa chini na hii nukulu ni hivi kuhusu hii kampuni
      Ukiangala profiel yao, wao ni Technology Application company na si actual investment company kuwa na mtaji mkubwa kiasi hicho kufanya project kubwa kama hiyo. Labda kwa kuwa wanafanya Hedging na partners wao, wanaweza ku-solicit fedha kutoka kwa partners wao.
    4. Kauli ya JK kusema anawapa 150% support. Hii inamaana kuwa mkataba ni tayari, swali, ni gharama gani kwa Serikali ya Tanzania? Na hawa Wadosi wa REIT-TRC ndio wakoje kwenye mchakato mzima wa upanuzi wa Reli hii na huduma?
    5. John Orrison, kweli anafanya kazi BNSF kutokana na press release ya 2005. BNSF ni mashuhuri kwa reli za uchukuzi na ukiangalia profile yao, huoni chochote kinachosema kuwa wao ni wajenzi wa barabara za Reli. Nitakachofanya ni kuwapigia hawa jamaa kwenye HQ zao pale Fort Worth Texas na kusaili kuhusu project zao Africa na huu mradi wa Tanzania. Zaidi nitamtafuta huyu jamaa ili kujua zaidi kuhusu haka kamradi.

    ..mradi wa reli ya isaka hadi rwanda ulikuwa na backing ya serikali ya rwanda.

    Wajenge reli mpya tatu sambamba na hii iliyochakaa ili kupunguza usumbufu na waje na pesa mpya sio kila siku kubambikiza.

    Usijeshangaa kuwa hii ni reli ya Wanyarwanda. Unajua sisi tumeshabinafsisha kila kitu. Ile ya central imekwenda kwa wahindi. Wenzetu wanyarwanda waliamka zamani sana.

    ..tatizo sio reli nyingine,bali ni kuitumia tuliyonayo vizuri!

    ..kama unafuatilia hili utagundua kuwa hatuna vichwa vya treni vya kutosha na hata mabehewa!mbaya zaidi ni kwamba hatuna ujuzi wa kisasa wa ku-run shirika la reli efficiently!

    Hii Reli ya Isaka Kigali naiunga mkono, na nafikiri hao investor ni wazuri sio Wadosi wetu . Na hii inatokana na Interest ya Rwanda kwenye hiyo Reli.

    Maoni yangu ni kutokana na Hatua ambazo wenzetu Wanyaruanda wanachukua, ni za kimaendeleo zaidi kuliko zetu za kiporoja na kuweka Mbele 90% badala ya Kwanza Kazi , maji ya kunywa Baadae.

    Hivi Reli ya Tanga Musoma kwa Mizigo ya Kwenda Uganda imeishia wapi? au ndi hizo hadithi zetu za kila siku tuna amani, tuna maliasili kuliko wengine, tuna siasa safi, wakati tuna uchumi duni kuliko hata nchi zisizo na hizo Maliasili.na Vita ya Kila Siku.

    Mkuu sijui unaishi nchi gani lakini ukiangalia njia ya treni iliyojengwa (yaani reli ya kati) speed za treni ni chini ya Km 80kwa saa. Pamoja na matatizo yake ya kutokuwa na vichwa n.k. tunahitaji kujiweka katika karne ya 21 ili kupunguza msongamano wa magari ya mizigo, abiria n.k.

    Hivi sasa nchi zote zinazoendelea zinatumia njia za treni ambapo speed inakwenda hadi kwenye hundreds yaani safari ya kutoka Dar to Mwanza kwa treni inakuwa chini ya masaa 6 huko ndiko tunakotaka kwenda siyo kuwa na viporo kama mikokoteni.

    ...hili ni deal la wanyarwandwa kwa mizigo yao kupitia bandari ya Dar na mkitaka kujua vizuri ingieni kwenye site ya BNSF then search Tanzania or Rwanda kuna press release zinazohusika na hii Reli,na hao BNSF ni kampuni ya maana sana sio wababaishaji kama Richmond or IPTL

    ...ni deal zuri sana kwa Tanzania na Rwanda pamoja maana cargo ya Rwanda 100% itapitia TZ na watalipa tax ambayo ni kubwa sana na kitakachofuata waganda nao wanaweza kuunga kutoka Rwanda kwa hiyo cargo zote za nchi mbili zinaweza zikawa zinapitia Tanzania, lakini naona hapo sijui kama Kenya atakubali kupoteza biashara kubwa kama hii,na ndio maana nimemwelewa aliposema ujenzi wa hii reli utaenda sawa na modernization na massive expansion ya Dar port.

    ...wajomba ulaji mtupu hapo ila tuache rushwa na uswahili!

    Hawa wanabinafsisha kila kitu ,hata upinzani ukipata madaraka basi wao hawana hasara tena ,bila ya shaka watakuwa wamishajijenga na hungoja kupokea faida ya hisa tu inapogawanywa ,wakati wapinzani wakianza kutafuta pa kuchuna wao watakuwa wanatia mguu ,haingii mtu.Nakumbuka niliwahi kusikia mwito eti walala hoi wajiunge katika masoko ya hisa yanafaida kweeli ,kumbe ile ni gelesha tu ,wao wamishazinunua zote.

    'Kenya wameshapoteza biashara hiyo. Itakuwa vigumu sana kumrudisha Humpty Dumpty ukutani baada ya kuanguka. Inasikitisha lakini huo ndio ukweli.
