    Ndugu wapendwa imenipendeza kuwepo nanyi tena kwa mara nyingine tena....nilikuwa na ndugu yangu mmoja last weeke akaniumiza roho sana yeye ni nurse pale hospital ya MASSANA HOSPITAL...MBEZI BEACH SAMAKI......kuna mama yao mmoja yeye ni matron uwezi amini tangu waajiriwe wamekuwa na kazi ya kusaficha vyoo vya wagonjwa.....tangu waajiriwe....kibaya zaidi ukianza kubisha wanakuandikia taarifa mbaya na kukufukuzisha kazi...pengine sijui utaratibu wa kazi za manurse mandugu....huyu mkuu wao ni PRF na ameambiwa uchafu unaofanyika kule
    pengine ama nilidhani ni moja ya makubaliano ya mkataba wao..la hasha nilimwambia aniletee mkataba wake..niusome nikiwa nausubiri akapiga wamemsimamisha kazi..nikamwambia furahia swala hilo..hujui magonjwa mangapi yamo kule.......
    Lingine linalowatesa ni ukabila..kama kuna ndugu wa huyu prof analisoma hili akamjulishe waache ukabila kazini unakuta wachaga wanalipwa pesa nzuri tu lakini ukikutwa we nsukuma nzaramo ...mmmmhh hatari tupu...kibaya zaidi wanafanyishwa usafi wa ****** bila hata gloves...hivi ni kweli prf umeshindwa kuwaajiri watu wa kufanya usafi mpaka manurse waje kusafisha vyooo kweli.........alikuwa ananiambia afadhali yeye kijana unakuta kuna manurse wenginee watu wazima unakuta wanasafisha vyoooooooooo

    Mkuu kwanza hakuna mfanyakazi aliepewa job discription na ndicho nilichtaka kuanza nacho.....,nikaamua kuulizia mkataba sikuona swala la kusafisha choo...mmmhh ikawa kazi...

    nilijaribu kuongea na matron wao ambae huwa anawaonyesha sehemu za kusafisha akaaongea na mimi kwa muda kabla ya kukata simu..kwa kweli hizi hospt za private kwa ujumla kuna umuhimu mkubwa wa kuzifwatilia...kuna manya nyaso ya ajabu...na ndio maana wenginme wameamua kuwaajiri hawa dada zetu wa redcross wanawalipa 65/80 kwa nini wasile rushwa kwa wagonjwa???

    alishaondoka mkuu....hayupo tena tang alipokataa kusaficha mkojo wa mgonjwa mmoja pale hospitalini....akaomba likizo bila malipo kabla ya kuwapelekea barua ya kuresign....nikaona si uungwana watu wakawa wananyanyaswa kimya kimya...

    ...nesi kufagia inategemea na elimu na uzoefu kazini...kuna nurse attendant,nurse auxilliary,nurse midwive,nurse officer ,seniour nurse officer and principal nurse officer...wote hao wanaitwa manesi!!!

    mwazilishi wa kazi hii..florence nightngale..aliijenga kazi hii kwenye misingi ya nidhamu ...na si ajabu ukakuta akiingia principal nurse officer wenzake husimama.....na pia msingi wa kazi hii ni usafi binafsi,usafi wa mgonjwa ,usafi wa vifaa ,usafi wa mazingira...hiyo ni mbali ya jukumu kuu la kumtunza mgonjwa....

    inawezekana kabisa uamuzi wa principal wao kuwaambia hawa manesi wapya wafagie ni mbinu yake ya kuwapima nidhamu....ambayo kuporomoka kwake ndiko chanzo cha manesi wanaotukana na kuwapita wagonjwa waliojinyea kama hawawaoni....,vijana watakaovumilia kipimo chake .....ndio waatakaomfaa!!

    so kama mtoa hoja ni mdogo wake .... asimpe kichwa... amwache apimwe inavopasa kama kweli amechagua wito wa unesi...fikiria kama anaonea kinyaa choo ...je ataweza vipi kumtunza bila kinyaa mgonjwa anayeoza huku akiwa hai???? tofautisheni kabisa kazi inayohitaji nidhamu kama unesi na uhasibu au fani nyingine!!!...mwacheni mama mkuu wa manesi apime vijana wake!!!

    mkuu yeye ni nurse officer....anyway labda kuna hosp zinaruhusu manesi kusafisha vyoo psipo makubaliano ya kazi....


    inawezekana kabisa uamuzi wa principal wao kuwaambia hawa manesi wapya wafagie ni mbinu yake ya kuwapima nidhamu....

    NDUGU YANGU NURSE ANA MIAKA 4 NI MPYA????

    ooh anyway mimi nilifikiri ndio fresher .....ametoka chuoni...lakini kama ameenda pale na uzoefu .....lazima atakuwa huyo principal ana udhaifu wa kuchukia ..watu wenye elimu ..wanaoweza kutishia nafasi yake,kuna mabosi wapo hivyo kwa new comers!!

    Nilijaribu kuwa mstaarabu kutokuwa direct kwa mtoa mada.Ulivyosema ndicho kinawezakana kuwa kinafanyika huko Massana.Kazi ya unesi( nurse) - ni huduma na inategemewa uwe tayari kutoa huduma kwa namna mbalimbali na njia moja wapo ya kujua utayari wa mhusika ni kumpitisha maeneo mbalimbali ikiwemo usafi.Na kama ulivyosema wapo manesi wa madaraja mbalimbali.Sasa huyu mtoa mada sijui kama alifanya utafiti kabla hajafikia tamati kuwa dada yake na manesi wengine wanaonewa.Ndipo nikamwambia kama dada anaona yuko juu ya kazi ya kusafisha basi ajaribu kuuza nguvu yake sehemu nyingine badala ya kubakia hapo na huku analalamika.

    Hoja sio kwamba dada yake anatafuta ushauri wa nini cha kufanya. Pengine ingekuwa rahisi kwake kufanya hivyo angekwishafanya. Nani asiyependa green pastures? Au ungemuelekeza pa ku-apply ungekuwa umemsaidia zaidi.

    Ndio, watu wanatakiwa wajifunze kutetea maslahi yao. Lakini kumwambia aondoke na kufumbia macho uonevu ambao pengine unatokea ni sawa na kumuachia mwizi huru kwasababu tu aliyeporwa hakukimbia.

    Sasa akishaondoka, unadhani watakosa mtanzania mwengine mwenye dhiki na asiye na alternative wa kumuonea?

    Sawa kila mtu anatakiwa apigane asionewe, lakini unadhani ni sawa kumkalia kimya muonevu?

    Hii hoja ya wito nadhani huwa tunai-missuse sana. Sijui nini kinamfanya mtu amlazimishe mwingine kwamba kazi yake ni wito. Mtu binafsi ndio anaamua kama anachukulia anachokifanya ni wito au hapana. Sio mtu mwingine kumpangia kama anachokifanya ni wito au hapana. Wito unatoka moyoni sio kwenye taratibu, au kulazimishiwa. Mara nyingi mtu aki-invoke hoja ya wito (kwa walimu, etc) huwa napata picha ya jinsi roho ya huyu mtu anavyoamini kwenye class society, anavyoamini kwamba kuna watu ambao ni wa kutumikishwa tu na watu ambao ni wa kutumikiwa (including yeye). Na ukitaka kujua kama wewe ni mtu wa aina gani, angalia jinsi unavyom-treat housegirl/houseboy wako.

    Dhana kwamba unesi ndio unahitaji nidhamu kuliko kazi nyingine, nadhani ni dhana makengeza. Shughuli zote zinahitaji nidhamu. Tena uhasibu ndio usiongee. Kama unadhani kazi yako haihitaji nidhamu, then nadhani hilo ni tatizo lako binafsi, usijumuishe ulimwengu. Na I hope dhana hiyo potofu hai-affect kazi yako sana.

    Imekuwa kama ni kawaida sasa ukitaka kumnyonya mtu tu, unamwambia kazi yake ni wito. Leo unesi ni wito, kesho kutwa utasikia ualimu, mtondo utasikia uaskari, mtongogoo utasikia udreva.

    Tuachane na hiyo hoja pelea ya wito, na watu wanaodhani wao ni wa kutumikiwa tu, na wengine ni wa kula na kutumikia wengine tu (tena sio muhimu kula vya kutosha).

    Kwa upande mwingine, kama wewe ni kiongozi mzuri na unapenda ufanisi, usingependa umfanyishe mtu kazi asiyotaka kuifanya kwa sababu itaathiri ufanisi. Kama kweli unaamini unesi una-include kuosha vyoo, kwa nini usiieke hiyo wazi wakati unawaajiri ili mtu achague kama anataka kufanya unesi wa kuosha vyoo au la?

    Pia, kama kuosha vyooo ni part ya huo unesi, na nilazima ili nesi akamilishe wito wake (kama nyie mnavyotaka kuiweka), je hospitali ambazo hazina utaratibu huo zinafanya makosa?     Kama watu wetu wanalalamika hawana mikate, kwa nini wasile keki?

    MKuu WoS, mtu akilalamika anapata shuruba na minyanyaso lukuki kazini huwezi kukimbilia suluhisho la kusema aacha kazi! Hiyo ni kuwa out of touch. Kuna shutuma za mazingira hatari ya kazi, kusafisha $#@& za wagonjwa bila gloves, mishahara inayoendana na kabila, kataka kulalamika hajakaa sawa wamem fire, wewe unamwambia atafute kazi pengine. Kuna haki za mfanyakazi ambazo anajaribu kuzitafuta ndugu yangu.

    Kwanza hujui ugumu wa kupata hizo kazi. Pili, hata akiacha kazi, halafu mazingira ya kazi yakabaki hivyo hivyo ni kwamba miaka ya mbele ndugu yako au mtoto wako WoS na wangu wanaweza kuja kufanya kazi hapo. Tutafute haki za wafanyakazi wa nchi yetu, tusiwe out of touch kwa kuwaambia wasio na mikate wakale keki.
