    Robert Kiyosaki anasema:

If you want to be successful use competent accontants, best legal advisors and form your own company"

Legal advisors watakusaidia ku-draft binding contracts ambazo zitakuwa in your favour just in case mambo yameharibika, Mafisadi wengi huwa hawafanyi makosa kwenye kipengele hiki!

Mwisho kabisa uki operate under the company, inakuwezesha kupata dili kubwa kubwa zenye maana.

Kuhusu Kupata Competent Accoutants ni jambo muhimu sana kwani kwenye kila sheria kuna loopholes na its up to you as a business man ku-capitalise.. After all who enjoys paying taxes.

Sababu after all mwisho wa siku unaangalia tax benefits If am not mistaken anashauri sana kuform corporations kwamba ndio zina advantage zaidi kulingana na sheria za kimarekani at this moment in time hatujui kuhusu kesho because sheria hubadilika.

Is that for begginers au already established enterpreneurs usije wachuza wenzaka wakadandia mambo bila ya kufanya research on their bussiness ventures.

First thing know your market and means to protect your capital or else .............

    Waberoya,
Nafikiri mtoa mada hakumaanisha hilo unalotaka kujustify.

Kwa taarifa nilizonazo stories nyingi za Robert Kiyosaki ni fake sio his own real life experience. Hivyo anauza vitabu vyake sio kuwasaida wasomaji, bali kujitajirisha mwenyewe.

Kuna some truth in his stories kuhusu maisha yake; ingawa kuna some addition ili kufanya story na somo lieleweke, Kuna mtu alisema, "If you want to get rich, write a book about getting rich" That is sell people dreams.

Ila yote hayo it does not make a difference, what matters is if his formulas works na zinafaa. Jamaa ana kampuni yake ambayo inatoa educational programs. So that is his business and he is doing it well.

Walipomuuliza akajibu Is Harry Porter real?

Vitabu vyake havijawa best sellers kwa bahati mbaya, the guy has done a great job while getting rich at the same time.

    VoR,

Jibu litakuwa hakuna.

You know there is no shortcut of getting rich.... Kanuni in short is Spending less than you earn; Save and Reinvest... kwahiyo eventually uta-multiply your fortunes.... Knowledge alone without acting upon the knowledge is not enough

Umesema kwamba kitabu kinakupa confidence... (desire na confidence ni recipe ya kufanikiwa) If you do everything rich men do na wewe utakuwa rich. Kuongea tu hakutoshi inabidi action.. Sasa kama hawa watu wanaongea tu je ni kosa la mwandishi????, alafu lazima ujue kwamba hizi sio kanuni za Kiyosaki, yeye alichofanya ni kupackage information into an easy reading book.

Kujua peke yake jinsi ya kufanya kitu hakutoshi you need action. Wewe kuanzia leo spend less than you earn na reinvest your savings uone kama in long term hautakuwa tajiri. Thats what rich men do.

Yes, the book boosts one's confidence or self-esteem. But that is only temporarily, and once you realize that you need to take risks, and also it takes time, efforts, and resources to become financially free, your enthusiasm will automatically wane.

Since Mr. Kiyosaki ignores other factors that make people rich, when you read the book you feel that you can do it because it seems so easy. However, it's important to note that listening to Mr. Kiyosaki or reading his books is a business transaction in which there is only one person who really makes the money, Mr. Kiyosaki himself. He's the one selling his products to you and as a business person he understands exactly what his audience wants

Now supposed Michael Jordan writes a book which helps an average person to become a professional basketball player for at least a day, would you buy it? The answer is probably no. Why? Because you know exactly what are your limitations.

I am not saying you should not read the book, but the tricks to tell people that they will be rich using this or that are almost as old as the world itself.

I dont think Mr. Jordan will write a book of how to become a proffessional basketball player for a day because its impossible, there things which you need Talent and getting rich aint one of them......

Another point am sure Mr. Kiyosaki has not written about is getting rich quick schemes.... he is telling you this is a long term process which needs right attitude.... also its not like Mr. Kiyosaki inveted this, it has always been there. To get rich you dont need to be a genious, you need right attitude. Its a process thats why many fail because of their attitudes.... and as usual they are looking for someone to blame.

I beg to differ with. Your assertion that you don't talent to get richer is wrong. Can you explain to me why people with higher IQ have higher income ratio than the rest? Talent is not limited to one's ability to play sport or engage in artistic activities. As a matter of fact talent is the ability to perform one or more acts exceptionally. Therefore, you need talent to be a good leader. You need talent to be a motivational speaker like Kiyosaki and so forth.

On the other hand, attitude is add-ons but no is not the basics of what you want to achieve.

Talent is natural ability.... hapa inabidi tutofautishe talent na skills.... skills can be learnt talent can be refined lakini its a natural ability. Ofcourse leadership is talent without a doubt.

Sasa usichanganye getting rich through ones natural ability au being a genious (mfano Bill Gates, e.t.c) hapa naongelea getting rich through ones working smart by saving and reinvesting. Hivi leo ukianza kusave pesa zako, kwenda China kuleta bidhaa bongo kuziuza, kusave zaidi, kufungua duka, kununua viwanja, kujenga nyumba, kupangisha watu, Je unahitaji talent, au its just following simple principles za multiplying your earnings?

Lakini tatizo linakuja kwenye attitude (watu wanapenda matanuzi) na being lazy watu hawafanyi research wanakurupuka na kuona fulani ana duka na mimi nifungue duka, bila kuangalia market

    VoR,

Talents and skills are different but interwoven. So it's very difficult to separate one from the other. In addition, the realization of one's talent and the ability to acquire or refine his skills are tied to the environment he lives.

For example, the investment in general education in Tanzania for 40 years hasn't produced desired effects despite massive injection from the government and donor countries. One might argue that this is because the country has poor facilities and bad teachers. However, when you look closely you will find that the problem is deeper than that. The immediate concerns of many Tanzanians are food, water and shelter. In this sort of environment to expect people to use their education, talent and skills is almost irresponsible.

In America, if you live on minimum income, it will be very difficult for you to save money. This is because your income is intended to cover your basic needs. As such your formula, spending less than what you earn, doesn't work for low income individuals.

I believe humans are able to accomplish many things once they overcome their environments, and they don't really need a word from Mr. Koyasoki to do so. Their environment will dictate the pace and what they should do and accomplish. For example, until recently only Indians and Arabs were traders and merchants in Tanzania. This is because they knew where to find what they want to sell. The natives were spectators on their own soil. But this has started to change. Without a word from Mr. Koyasaki, slowly people are overcoming their environment and are starting to trade.
