    naomba msaada wenu:
    nafahamu kuwa mtu akiacha kazi kwa kutoa notice ya mwezi mmoja anapaswa alipwe pesa ya likizo ambayo hakwenda
    meaning kwa mfano:
    1. malipo ya mshahara wa mwezi aliotoa notice ya 28 days
    2. malipo ya likizo kama alikuwaan qualify kulipwa

    nafahamu kuwa mtu aliyetoa notice masaa 24 anatakiwa amlipe mwajiri wake malipo equivalent na mshahara wa mwezi mmoja

    swali langu ni je, mtu huyu aliyetoa 24 hrs notice atastahili kulipwa malipo ya likizo aliyopaswa kwenda kama angeendelea kuwepo?

    Yes under ELRA 2004 any leave earned but not taken is paid during termination or resignation regardless of type (24hrs or month notice
