Nafikiri uamuzi huu umekuja wakati muafaka kwani baishara ya simu za mikoni in faida kubwa and it is high time watanzania wapate nafasi ya kununua shares za haya mashirika.

Why are they forced to share infrastructure?

Technically kushare infrastructure has a lot of technicl merit, new companes can focus on expansion and service instead of polluting the country with underused equipments & installations.

imagine if every TV network had to have it's own set of TV,kila nyumba would probably have 5 TV sets while only one is needed.

Kwa capacity ya tanzania Infrastructure zilizopo zinatosha kuhudumia Watanzania woote,TTCL,TRC wana ma-optical Fiber lukuki.,haiingii akilini Vodacom,or sasatel kutandaza Optical fibers nyingine,BUT SASATEL or VODACOM could create state of the art DATA CENTERS that TTCL and TRC could share..,this is the spirit behind Infrastructure sharing..,it is very common and a very effective way to cut costs, and optimise services..,i could write a 500 pages paper to explain this in detail, but i hope these two pages opened your eyes.

Kuhusu ku-list shares DSE that is just one step, they should take even more strong steps to secure outflow of investment,Mfano nchi nyingi za ASIA,ili ufanye investment locally unatakiwa utafute shareholder(s) ambaye ni mzawa,na yeye/wao awe na 51% of the shares.then that is when you can invest..ukikosa huyu investor mwenye uwezo wa kudeliver 51% their government(s) will be more than happy to give you a long list of companies you can choose from(80% of them are owned by their government organs through proxy ownerships and holdings)

Kama hutaki then your company will be treated as a wholly owned foregn company, and TRUST ME,KODI NA USUMBUFU WA KUFANYA BIASHARA JUST TO MAINTAIN 100% wholly foreign company status utajuta kuchukua uamuzi huo!

always the cheapest, most efficient way to go is the shareholding one..,na hilo halijazuia makampuni ya nje kuinvest in ASIA.na ndio sababu the higher the investment the better the economies in South east ASIA.wakati africa ni yale yale tu.

Kama kampuni imeona Potential in our country shareholding will not stop it to do business, moreover ita-eliminate dad&mum companies posing as investors..,with such a law i do not expect a Chinese machinga!it is going to be better for them to just stay in their country, right now we have a safer, profiatble environment for Chinese&other foreigners than they could ever dream of in their own countries..,i find this EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS.

It is pity this was never introduced during the privatization process, perhaps some leaders intended it to be that way because they pocked 10%.

A bit old news but informative.... interesting to note that managers of the mobile phones companies were lobbying to block the bill. I mean they made profit for some years and they don't want to float shares for wabongo to invest into?

Could this be a windfall in earnings .... or recipe for disaster in telecom industry?....

Good news is there good numbers of share holders in telecoms companies ready to sell shares in the stock market, hence good news for individual investors interested to buy shares at DSE.

Forced listing is doing a right thing in a wrong way. You create incentives to list and not forcing an individual to sell his property. The right to own property is protected by constitution.

By the way what listing? It is simply raising money from the bourse. So want these people to raise money from DSE while they dont want it?

Bunge is so anti business and Ujamaa bado umetukaa.

We must increase capitalisation of our bourse, but through a proper way. Why are they not forcing mining companies to list?

Tanzania ina vijimambo.

any stock exchange ni transparency!!!Kwa sababu mahesabu yako(B/sheet,I/stat. etc)utabidi uyaweke wazi kuonyesha directors, investors, shareholders etc.

Kwa Tanzania utakuwa umeweka wazi kila kitu ambapo maovu yamefichwa humo.UFISADI
