Nafikiri waTZ ni wagumu kweli kweli na hawalii ovyo kama ulivyosema, ila wanahuzunishwa na hali ngumu bila ya wao kuwa na msaada. Kupanda bei za kila kitu ikiwa ni pamoja na nauli kwa 40% ingekuwa ni nchi nyingine sio ajabu serikali ingeshaangushwa. Hapa kwetu hata viongozi wa upinzani wanaonyesha tu mimeno yao na hawafanyi lolote.

Kama leo hii hao wafanyabiashara wa mabasi n.k., wanapata faida, kwa nini basi isiongezeke angalau kwa 4-8% tu hiyo nauli kulingana na inflation? Au ndio kusema kabla ya ongezeko walikuwa wanawasaidia tu wananchi kuwasafirisha??

sijakuelewa unalenga nini? ulitaka wananchi waridhike kubeba mzingo unaowazidi uwezo huku wakicheka? Wananchi hawalii ili wafanyabiashara wapate hasara bali hali ya kipato na mfumuko wa bei haviendi sawa. Ndiyo maana kunaserikali inayotakiwa kuangalia na kuwajali wananchi. ongezeko la bei na nauli limeathiriwa na bajeti. bajeti haijatamka chochote juu ya mafuta, imeongeza kodi za mawasiliano (simu) ndo maana wananchi wanalia.

Wenye mabasi wakipandisha bei, pato la serikali kutokana na kodi nalo huongezeka na kwa hiyo serikali inafaidi. Hapo Serikali na wafanyabiashara lao ni moja maana wote wanachuma, wanaominywa ni wadanganyika tu.

Lakini mishahara ikipanda, serikali itabidi ipunguze matanuzi na ikibidi hata idadi ya mawaziri, wakurugenzi n.k., ipungue ili kumudu ongezeko la mishahara. Hilo hawalitaki maana vipato vyao vibosile wasio na simile katika kupanga hizo nyongeza havitegemei mishahara, marupurupu ni mengi na yasiyo na kodi wala kipimo.

Hayo waliyoshauri sidhani kama 1% ya waTZ wameyasikia including mimi. Lakini hili la kuongezeka kwa bei za kila kitu, nina uhakika baada ya mwezi mmoja tu karibu kila mTZ atalijua maana litawaumiza.

Nafikiri wapinzani wamezidi kulegea na kukosa mbinu mpya za kupambana na serikali, hasa nje ya bunge maana huko wamezidiwa mnno. Wanatakiwa kuwaamsha wananchi hivi sasa sio kusubiri uchaguzi wakati mambo yako moto leo hii. Wakifanikiwa kuwaamsha wananchi wakati wa shida kwa kuwaonyesha jinsi serikali ya CCM isivyowajali, itakapofika 2010 wananchi hawatawasahau. Lakini kama wanafikiria helikopta peke yake itaweza kufanya hili, basi wasaahau kabisaa juu ya kubadilisha serikali.

Wametukosea wananchi wote kwa kushindwa kuwa na vision na kufanya yale ambayo yangemsaidia mwananchi.

They behave too much like CCM badala ya kuingia mitaani na kufanya yale aliyokuwa anafanya Mrema alipokuwa Mrema kweli, au waliyofanya Orange kule Kenya, au waliyofanya MDC - Zim, n.k., ili wananchi wawaelewe na kuwa na mwamko hasa wakati wa shida kama hizi. Mind you sina maana ya vurugu, lakini wangekuwa na vision, mazingira yangemfanya JK asimamie vidole, sio leo hii anavyojifanyia tu kila kitu bila hata kujali kuwa kuna upinzani. Wake up upinzani,....upinzani hautakiwi uishie bungeni tu.
 
Taifa la walalamishi... Taifa ambalo sio wanasiasa, sio waumini wa dini sio wana JF, wanawaweleza watanzania kwamba tatizo hapa sisi hatufanyi kazi, hatuzalishi vya kutosha... tunafanya kazi masaa machache zaidi.

Sidhani kwa vile wenye magari ni waTZ kwa hiyo wawanyonye tu waTZ wengine. Ongezeko la 40% ni kubwa sana kwa biashara ambayo tayari ilikuwa ina faida. Anayefaidika hapa ni mfanyabiashara tu na labda serikali lakini ni mdanganyika anayeumizwa na sio ajabu akashindwa kutumia huo usafiri.

Kitu kimoja ambacho umenishangaza ni kwa kukubali bei zipande lakini mishahara isipande, sijui sababu zako ni zipi hapa, lakini nafikiri sio busara. Ninavyofahamu mimi ni kuwa kuna nchi nyingi tu, k.m. SA, na baadhi ya ajira US, ambapo misharhara inakuwa adjusted against inflation, hata US ya Prez. Obama anataka kuiintroduce hiyo sheria.

Oil is now more than 10 percent cheaper per barrel than it was on Monday; natural gas prices are down more than 20 percent just since the Fourth of July. Still, experts are not convinced that prices have turned a corner.

Light, sweet crude for August delivery dropped $5.31 to settle at $129.29 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices have fallen nearly $16 in just the past three days. Natural gas futures for August delivery fell more than 8 percent Thursday, marking their biggest one-day drop in nearly a year, according to Nathan Golz, researcher at Wachovia Securities in St. Louis. Prices for the key heating, cooking and power generation fuel settled 86.1 cents lower at $10.537, their lowest point since April.

Traders saw both the petroleum and natural gas reports as reasons to sell, as they reinforce data that show consumers are cutting back on their energy use. "We're seeing some worries about demand destruction in oil, so I think that's creating some fear among investors and leading them to sell," said Tom Pawlicki, commodities analyst with MF Global Research in Chicago

Watu wa US ni lazima wawe na second thought juu ya matumizi ya nishati kwani wanatumia sana bila kujali kwamba hata moshi unaathiri hali ya hewa.

Ila ni Duniani kote ndio kuna mbinde kwani gesi na umeme vitendelea kupanda bei kwa foresseable future.

Sisi Tanzania tatizo, ni lilelile tunaagiza vyakula kwa bei ya juu kutoka nje na vinakuja kuuzwa kwa bei "ingine", trade deficit nna uhakika ni kubwa sana kwa sasa na balance-of-payment impact ndio inazidi kuwa kubwa tena ikididimizwa na ukuaji wa bei ya mafuta yanayoagizwa kutoka nje.

Hivi mkuu unaonaje kama moja ya approaches isiwe kurudishwa kwa mashirika mfano wa UDA lakini lenye kujitegemea kiundeshaji huku serikali iki-regulate shughuli ya usafirishaji.

Kwani kwa sasa naona ni kuna "chaos" tu!

Na ndo labda tunaona sasa vijana wanakuja kwa kasi, basi tuwape nafasi na sisi na wao tutaweza kukabiliana kwa hoja kuliko wale wazee ambao wanaona hatuna adabu ingawa unasema kwamba kuna baadhi ya hoja wanazizingatia.

Pia ukienda kufanya test MOT kwa ajili ya kupata tax disk, yule jamaa wa pale garage anaingiza details za hio MOT kwenye computer kwenda DVLA na idara zingine za serikali wakiwemo polisi na anakupatia certificate.

Kwa hio ukitaka bima kwa gari yao inabidi uwe na tax disk na MOT certificate na hizi taafira zote zipo available kwa polisi, watu wa bima na hata watu wa manispaa endapo unaleta ubishi katika masuala ya parking tickets na mengine.

Na polisi wa UK mpaka wanakusimamisha tayari wamepata taarifa zote kuhusu gari yako kwamba nani anamiliki, umelipa bima na MOT na inabaki kuthibitisha kama una genuine license.

Kwa kuwa si lazima uwe na leseni mkononi watakwambia upeleke kituo cha polisi ndani ya siku saba na kama kuna penalty utaambiwa uende mahakamani (naona hii ni sawa na sisi)

Sasa bila kueleza mengi tunaona kwamba suala ni systems kuwepo kwa kubuniwa na serikali na watu ambao wanajali ustawi wa jamii ya watanzania.

Hapa ninachokiona ni arrogance tu ya viongozi na kupenda UFISADI kwa sababu kama system haipo ndio unaona askari wa barabarani wanalazimisha na kupewa rushwa, udanganyifu katika kusajili magari na hata kwenye mambo ya bima na wanapenda iwe hivyo.

Unajua kuna kitu katika IT kinaitwa convergence. Ni pale kunapoanzishwa system mpya ndani ya existing system na itacost kichizi kwa sababu ya ubovu wa existing system au systems.

Hii convergence ina faida sana kwani inakuza efficiency, inapunguza gharama na complexity na ina-provide better services kwa wateja.

Samahani nimetumia msamiati wa IT katika siasa lakini naona unafaa. System ni serikali na inaweza kuwa networks na wateja ni wananchi na wanaweza kufaidi sana matunda ya systems mpya za akina Zawadi Kawawa, na wenzake.

Ni hayo tu nafikiri unanifahamu mkuu.

Bongo ni nchi ya kisanii na ndo maana wanasema wananchi hawatauliza mambo ya RDC bali watauliza utekelezaji wa ilani ya CCM, kwani watanzania wote wanafahamu kuwa bila kupokea rushwa au kuiba vifaa vya serikali ofisini na kuuza huwezi kuishi tanzania na hakuna wa kumkemea mwenzie.

Hiyo ni public sector sijaongelea private secotr kwani huko kuna madudu mengi kiasi cha kusikitisha kwani bado kuna mishahara ya sh.40000 kwa mwezi.
