    Naamin hapa nitapata jibu na ufafanuzi wa shida yangu.
    Mim nimekuwa siri chakula cha mchana na badala yake mda huo nimekuwa nikira matunda kama machungwa,ndizi,embe,tikiti,tango na kutafuna karanga.
    Baada ya kukutana na jamaa 1 ambaye nilikuwa namfanyia kazi yake kwa siku mbili nakubain style yangu hiyo alinikanya sana kwa kusema kuwa kufanya hivyo ni kuhatarisha afya yangu na ninaweza pata vidonda vya tumbo.Na akadai kuwa matunda yaliwapo pindi uwapo na njaa sana huenda kukwangua utumbo.

    Aliendelea kwa kudai kuwa matunda yana faida zake na hasara zake na hizo ndiyo hasara zake.

    Je wadau kuna ukweli wowote juu ya hilo.

    ushauri wake ni kama nguvu za giza. Kwani wewe ukishakula matunda hayo bado unasikia tumbo lina njaa? Kwani tumbo huwa linakuuma?

    mkuu huwa sisikii njaa kuuma au tumbo kuuma huwa najisikia flesh kabisa na ndiyo chakula changu cha mchana kwa mda mrefu sana sasa.

    Ungekua hauli kitu kabisa ndio ingekua vibaya. Matunda ni mazuri sana kuondoa njaa na kukupa virutubisho bila ya kujaza calorie mwilini asubuhi, mchana na jioni.

    Iyo ni safi ila matunda peke yake hayatoshi kwasababu utamis vrutubisho vngine kama wanga na fat,so jarbu kumix na vyakula vngine.

    mkuu ni kwamba asubuhi huwa nakunywa chai kama kawaida ila mchana ndiyo sili chochote kutokana na kutopata mda wa kula au huwa nasahau kabisaa kula.

    Hivyo kutokana na kutopata chansi na maeneo nitafutiayo riziki ndiyo sababu .
    Najion huwa nakula msosi kama kawaida je kwa style hiyo kuna effect yoyote??

    Je na kama ningekuwa sili kabisa chakula kingine zaidi ya matunda ningeweza pata mathara gan??

    Basi Hauna cha kuhofia.

    Ummm unaweza ukaamua siku moja moja ukala matunda tu siku nzima, ila hutakiwi kufanya matunda ndio yawe chakula cha kudumu kwasababu kuna virutubisho vingi inavyohitaji kujenga mwili visivyopatikana kwenye matunda. Sasa hivi una balance vizuri, endelea hivyo hivyo.
