    Nina shida kidogo ya kiafya hivyo nimeambiwa nipunguze fat, sugar, protein na starch. Kuna baadhi ya viti nimeacha kabisa kula kama red meat, wali, ugali, sukari na chumvi. Nimetokea sana kupenda kula korosho karibia robo kilo kila baada ya siku mbili. Je inaweza kuwa na madhara yoyote mwilini?

    Korosho ni protein ya mimea na inakuwa na kiasi cha mafuta pia. Lakini mafuta ya mimea ni salama kwa afya kuliko red meat (mimea ina unsaturated fats). Unahitaji kupunguza tu kiasi (usijiwekee kipimo cha robo kilo, weka kwenye kisosa na upate na kahawa ama juice isiyo sukari and take ur time). Trick ya kupunguza ni kuhakikisha unatafuna taratibu na vizuri. Ujumbe wa kuridhika utatumwa kichwani mwako kabla haujamaliza robo kilo. Wasalimie ntwara,lol

    Mkuu, what are you eating then? it may be prudent to use those items in MODERATION else you will suffer from adulthood malnutrition.
    Let the prescriber lead the way by telling you exactly what and the amount of the same you should be eating, depending on the calories requirments of your body.
    Cashewnuts are not bad, but when they are taken in large quantities they certainly will overload your system, balance your intake.
    A nutrtionist could be more relevant in advising you on how you should go about this matter

    Nilikula korosho robo kilo nilipotembelea Mtwara, choo kikabadilika kikawa rangi ya korosho, toka siku hiyo nikasema sili korosho kwa wingi, choo kiwe rangi ya choo.

    Kula sana korosho kwaweza kukufanya uongezeke zaidi, kwani korosho na karanga zina protini kwa wingi zaidi.

    Hizi blah blah ni nyingi. In short korosho hazina madhara yoyote, fat yake ni good fat and protein ni muhimu sana ktk mwili. Labda ufafanue vizuri "shida kidogo ya kiafya " refers to what, maana yaweza kuwa ngiri, kifaduro au diabetes !!
