  2. To pay all the utility bills in respect of the said term
  3. At all times keep the house and its premises clean and in good condition as found
  4. Permit the owner or assigned agent at a reasonable agreed time for the purpose of viewing/inspecting or doing repairs
  5. Not to make any alterations or addition to the rented space prior to obtaining a written concert from the owner
  6. Not to use the premises in a way that could create annoyance,nuissance or damage to the neighbours and adjoining occupant.
  7. Do not litter the premises;be responsible on the disposability of your garbage/waste according to the communities authority regulations or as agreed by the community within the compound.
  8. On the expiration/termination of the agreement notification a month before departure of the premises should be served to the owner prior to your departure.
PROVIDED ALWAYS AND IT IS HEREBY DECLARED AND AGREED:-

  • Either party shall be at liberty to terminate this renting agreement prior to the expiring of the said term by giving the other party a notice of the desire to do so three months before the intended period where there are no financial commitments involved.
  • Any notice under this agreement shall be in writing

  1. Kodi ya pango kwa mwezi ni 450,000/=italipwa kwa miezi sita yaan sawa na SHS 450,000/=X 6 =2,700,000/=(milioni mbili na laki saba tu) kuanzia tarehe 20/3/2011

c)Leo siku ya kusaini mkataba mpangaji atalipa kiasi cha shilingi milioni mbili laki saba tu(2,700,000/=) pesa za kitanzania.

MASHARTI YA UPANGAJI:

  1. Mpangaji harusiwi kumpangishia mtu yeyote wala kufanya
Marekebisho bila idhini ya mwenye nyumba au wakala wake.



  1. Na mpangaji atakuwa analipa Ankara zake za umeme kama atakavyokuwa anapeleka bili na mwenye nyumba au wakala wake.
Na mpangaji atalipa deposit ya maji kiasi cha shilingi 60,000/=kwa miezi sita tu ya kila malipo ya kodi.


  1. Mpangaji atatakiwa kutoa taarifa kwa mwenye nyumba au wakala wake ndani ya kipindi cha mwenzi mmoja kabla ya mkataba haujaisha kama anataka kuendelea na pango la nyumba hiyo.


  1. Mpangaji anaweza kupanga tena baada ya mkataba kumalizika
Lakini kwa makubaliano mapya na masharti mapya kama mwenye nyumba/ wakala wake wataona anafaa kuendelea na mkataba wake.


  1. Mwenye nyumba atatakiwa kulipa malipo ya serikali ya Viwanja
na nyumba iwapo atatakiwa kufanya hivyo na sehemu zinazohusika.
