Madaktari Walio Katika Mafunzo MNH Wapewa Barua ya Kufukuzwa Kazi

Mimi sasa nahamini ccm na serikali yake ni janga la kitaifa, ni wa kuogopwa zaidi ya ukoma. Tungejiorganise watannzania kwa umoja wetu tuandamane mfululizo mpaka hii serikali itoke madarakani, hawa serikali wanacheza na maisha yetu watanzania, wakati madaktari wameigarimu serikali mda wote leo wakiwa mwishoni ndo wanafukuzwa, serikali ya ccm ni janga la kitaifa
 
Nasubiri kuona msimamo wa madaktari,hasa ukizingatia wote ni wasomi,maana wangekuwa wameburuzwa watu wasio na shule nadhani wasingeweza ku-resist uonevu na haraka wange fyata mkia,je na nyinyi wasomi mtakubali kuburuzwa na serikali kandamizi inayoongozwa na vilaza?kesho watasema madaktari hawatoshi.serikali ya magamba ni ya kijinga sana,sasa hivi wanafanya ubabe,na hii nadhani hayana hela za kulipa na ndio maana huenda kalipa hizo kidogo ili kuficha aibu yakawafukuza kwa kisingizio cha kukiuka mkataba
 
mimi kama daktari niliyemaliza mafunzo ya internship mwaka jana,naunga mkono mgomo kwa 100%,hata mimi nilitamani kuanzisha mgomo huu lakini walituwekea pesa mapema,nchi hii haswa wizara ya afya ni wazushi na management ya MNH ni ya wasanii sana. Mgomo wa madktari ukifanyika uwe si tu wa kuwarudisha interns bali nyongeza ya mshahara.tools down mpaka kieleweke.
 
niliuliza lakini sikupata jibu.Bado nitaendelea kuuliza-hivi hao madaktari wanaoitwa chini ya uangalizi wanalipwa shilingi ngapi kwa mwezi?

Wanalipwa asilimia 80 ya mshahara anao anza nao daktari aliyesajiliwa ambao hauna makato yoyote.

Naambiwa ni 80% ya mshahara wa daktari aliyesajiliwa. Na haina makato na ndo maana wanaita ni posho ya kujikimu sio mshahara!

Intern anakuwa amemaliza miaka mitano ya elimu yake ya udaktari na ame'graduate tayari kwenye chuo alichokuwa anasomea. Ila taratibu za elimu ya udaktari zinamlazimu kufanya mafunzo chini ya uangalizi kwenye hospitali husika akiwa na kibali cha muda na baada ya mwaka huo wa mafunzo kazini anapewa usajili wa kudumu.
Katika hospitali zilizo na interns, maisha ya watanzania wote wanaohudhuria pale yanawategemea hawa kwa namna moja ama nyingine!
Kwa maana hiyo basi hujui uliloliandika!

 
Haya ni matokeo ya oungozi mbovu unaofikiria matumbo yao. They have good plans for their wellbeing not you little mwananch. Hao madaktari hata wakifutiwa kabisa ajira na kunyimwa kuajiriwa nchini unafikiri mawaziri makatibu wakuu na viiongozi wengine wa juu wa serikali wataathirika!! Kama wao hawaathiriki sio tatizo sana kwao. Adhab waliopewa nikutishia jamii nyingine isije ikaiga kugoma. Wangekua wanaweza kuwafanyisha kazi na virungu bila kuwalipa naamin wangewafanyisha. U can do nothing. Hata mkigoma wataumia wanachi wadogo. Hii ndio tz ya sasa na hayo ndio maamuzi ya viongozi wetu wa leo.
 
Kwa kuwa watanzania tumekosa kumbukumbu, kesho utamsikia jk yupo jukwaani akisisitiaza wanafunzi wasome masomo ya sayansi kwa kuwa tuna madakitari, wahandisi na watalamu wa sayansi wachache, hivi kwa njia hii kuna siku watu wakuja kuuwazia hata udaktari kweli?
 
Medical interns now laid off at Muhimbili

Medical interns who have been on strike at Muhimbili National Hospital in Dar es Salaam have been laid off from the institution, it has emerged.The Citizen on Saturday established yesterday that authorities at the referral health institution have issued official letters terminating the engagement of the medical interns.

Some 229 medical personnel including doctors, dental surgeons, laboratory assistants and pharmacists were working at Muhimbili Hospital prior to the strike that began on Tuesday to press for payment of Sh176 million in allowance arrears. They were later joined by those working at Amana hospital in the city.

It was not immediately clear how many among these interns were sent away but a confidential source at the Hospital confided that letters were to be served to all those who joined in the strike which the management termed illegal. Separately, The Citizen on Saturday saw several copies of the letters from some of the affected interns who requested for anonymity.

According to the contents of the letters, the bearers were directed to handover their stations and report to the ministry of health and social welfare for further instructions. At the ministry, they were told, the government would re-allocate them other duty stations.The letters were served yesterday morning, just a day after the medical interns called off their strike after the government reportedly released funds to pay the pending arrears.

“We were shocked to find out yesterday morning about these letters because we knew everything was alright following the calling off of the strike,” lamented one of the interns who confirmed their dues had been paid.

According to him, a directive asking them to collect their respective letters and report to the health PS had been pasted on the notice board before day break. “On Thursday some of us resumed work and left late without any sense of what lay ahead,” another intern noted.

Their fears, they pointed out was that the move could be used to punish and deny them opportunity to work within the city. “We are shocked and perplexed as we do not know our fate,” said an apprehensive intern.
Efforts yesterday to contact the Muhimbili and the ministry officials for comment were not successful. The PS, Ms Blandina Nyoni was not picking her mobile phone for most of the day while the MNH Chief Executive Officer Dr Marina Njelekela could not comment on phone.

However Health and Social Welfare minister, Dr Hajji Mponda said he had no official information on the matter when reached on phone yesterday. It was the minister who on Thursday confirmed the release of funds by the government to pay the interns. He had attributed the delayed payments to financial constraints facing the government.

Medical specialists under the Medical Association of Tanzania (MAT) had threatened to also down tools, giving the state 48 hours on Tuesday to pay the arrears or face unprecedented paralysis in public hospitals across the country.
The ultimatum by MAT chairman, Dr Namala Mkopi came as services at MNH and other health institutions deteriorated due to the interns strike.

The strike paralysed medical services offered at the giant hospital, to the extent that patients were being seen once a day by doctors instead of several times a day.

Meanwhile in Dodoma provision of health services at the Dodoma referral Hospital has been paralyzed following interns’ strike that entered the second day yesterday.
The management was of yesterday struggling to find a solution to the problem and was reportedly asking doctors from other areas to assist.

The interns began the strike on Thursday pushing the government to pay them November and December arrears, saying that was the only way to get their right.
At least 33 doctors from the hospital who claim the government owes them two months’ salary arrears vowed to continue with the strike until they get paid.

Speaking to reporters in his office yesterday, acting chief medical officer, Dr Nassoro Mzee said the doctors stuck to their guns while plans were underway to pay them. He said the money had been received at the regional treasury office in Dodoma for disbursement.

“I have been informed that the treasury office here has received the money, and payment can start any time from now” said Dr Mzee.

Following the proceeding strike, the management had to request doctors from Makole Municipality, University of Dodoma and Ifakara hospital to step in and rescue the situation. The hospital Secretary, Isaac Kaneno, also commenting on the matter said the doctors refused to report to work until they get their money in cash and not promises. He claimed the doctors were supposed to be paid one month arrear contrary to the claim for two months pay.

“ It is not right for doctors who the government owes only a month’s pay to lay down their tools while other public servants who claim arrears for several months are still on duty” said Mr Kaneno.
