    Nawakalisha!

Kaka wana Goodown facilities si ndo wawekezaji wenyewe hao kaka!

Mabibo are just taking advantage of the situation.

Kinachohitajika wala si kiwanda bali mchumi makini wa kujua ku maximize government revenue kwa kushusha mishuru yao ya ajabu na kuangalia the bigger picture ie ushuru mdogo allows many participants in the field na cuts the monopoly.

Tunahitaji a new wave of thinkers the days of totalitarian thinking kwa kweli zimepitwa. Tunasema tuna capitalism lakini viongozi wetu wana socialists thinking. Hivyo dont know what capitalism really is and how to implement it for the good of tanznaians.

Wanadhani EAC ndio solution kumbe tio shimo litalo wamaliza subirini.

So wizi wa Mabibo wine hauwezi kukubalika! either wajenge kiwanda au wakubali ushindani fair competition kwani nani anaweza ku-comprimize quality za beer za Heineken wakati zinakuja packed na mambo ya advertising ni excuse kwa vile Heineken can outsource the job to any of Marketing Agency kuna ZK na makampuni mengi tu Tanzania yanaweza kuwafanyia kazi yao while Heineken is at bay!

kitu mabibo wanachokifanya kinaitwa exclusive rights

    heniken hawafiki hata castle

Technically naona mabibo hawana hiyo haki , na hakimu aliyetoa hiyo stop order mpaka shauri likamilike amekosea, na hapa ndipo watu wanapotakiwa kupinga matumizi ya stop order, maana inaweza kuchukua hata miaka 3 kesi inapigwa dana dana, kisheria za kibiashara mambo ya monopoly yanapingwa saana, na ukija mambo ya exclusive rights, inakuja kama walidevelop hiyo bia, hivyo wanapewa reasonable time recover walicho invest, kinyume cha hapo, mabibo wapo very very wrong , na huyo hakimu/judge anatakiwa amulikwe, kwa sababu this is anti-trade.
Mwishowe tutasikia Mzee Rutakyamirwa kwa sababu yeye ndio alikuwa wakwanza kunywa Heineken basi wengine hawa ruhusa, then watakuja sijui Hotel Gani nao watasema kwa sababu wao walikuwa wa kwanza kununua heineken from mabibo basi wao ndio wauzaji wa reja reja wa heineken wengine hawaruhusiwi.

sio lazima mtu a develop kitu ndio anakuwa na exclusive rights.
    yafuatayo ni mazungumzo ya kutunga baina ya mabibo wine na heniken ili kukuelezea exclusive rights;

h: sisi hatuwezi kuja kupoteza hela zetu za matangazo halafu tusipate chochote
mw: usijali matangazo nitaweka mwenyewe ila wewe unatakiwa unipe mimi exclusive rights pale TZ
h: hapa jamaa wanakuwa hawana sababu ya kukataa wanamuambia tunakupa miaka 3 exclusive rights halafu tuone
    after 3 yrs
h: heniken wameona mambo mazuri tz
mw : nasikia umewapa watu wengine leseni
h: ndio nimewapa watakuwa wanauza pamoja na wewe na mimi nita take care matangazo. mzee (mabibo wine) umeshakula miaka sita peke yako. nadhani inatosha.

    Nyie vipi?

Yaani uko Tanzania unalilia HEINEKEN? Makopo makopo, what a shame.......

Apple’s agreement with O2 is thought to include a continuing share of the revenues generated by each iPhone customer. O2 ’s network will also have to be specially configured to accommodate the Apple handset. The lure of the Apple brand is expected to lead thousands of UK mobile customers to ditch their existing contracts and switch to the iPhone provider.
In frenzied interest in the United States, more than 500,000 units were sold during the first weekend of sales. AT&T, the exclusive American network, claimed to have sold out of the iPhone in most of its 1,800 stores within 24 hours.
Apple’s shares have jumped by nearly 50 per cent since the first prototype was unveiled in January, adding about $34 billion to its market value.
O2 hopes that the Apple deal will help it to cement a niche as the country’s major music mobile operator. The group has already rebranded the former Millennium Dome as the O2 and transformed it into a concert and leisure venue.
The deal is one of several negotiated by Apple across Europe. T-Mobile is understood to have secured an agreement to provide the phone in Germany, its home market. Orange is tipped as the likely front-runner in France.
Apple, which had initially considered striking one Europe-wide deal, is thought to have felt that it could maximise revenues by negotiating individual market tie-ups.
The California-based group is also thought to have been keen to ensure that it worked with the strongest operator in each country.
In the UK customers signing up for an iPhone are likely to face hefty fees to buy themselves out of their existing contract and move on to O2’s network.
The phone is expected to retail at about £300 in a market where phones are traditionally given away.
Rival handset manufacturers are busy preparing “iPhone killers” for Vodafone and the other losing operators. O2 and Vodafone both declined to comment.
