    Wameridhika na wateja wengi walionao! mifanya kazi inajivutavuta tuuu! hata NBC hamna lolote.... hivi bila ya hao wataje nyie wahudumu mtakwenda choo kweli... jirekebisheni mapema.. mabenki yamekuwa mengi mtahamwa..ohoooo.

    Ila ukicompare na huduma walizokuwa wanatoa miaka miwili nyuma, kuna improvements sana kwenye mabank yetu, tusiwaponde tu.
    Mabadiliko yapo makubwa sana, kuanzia majengo mpaka majengo huduma, ingawa kuna baadhi ya branches kweli ni vimeo, ila nyingi zinatoa huduma nzuri!

    Kero si kwa mabenki tu yaani ukienda kwenye haya mashirika ya kuhifadhi mafao ya wafanyakazi kama NSSF na PPF ni uozo mtupu. Ukifuatilia malipo yako unaambiwa utapata baada ya mwezi mmoja inachukua hadi miezi tisa hola mara form imekosewa kujazwa, mara anayeshughulikia kasafari mara cheki haijasainiwa (hii inaweza kuchukua hata mwezi) ni mashirika yenye huduma mbovu kupita kiasi na ambayo sijawahi kuiona pengine hapa bongo na kwingineko.

    Badilikeni jamani mweeeh japo twajua customer care bongo ni kama favour flani hivi na sio haki ya mteja aka mfalme.

    Mnakuwa wepesi wa kukusanya michango ya mwezi ila kwenye kulipa mafao inakuwa ugomvi kwa nini?

    Tatizo hili ni la wa TZ wengi hatupo kibiashara zaidi ila tupo kifisadi.hatuna ubunifu,Tunaridhika na mafanikio kidogo na tunaharibu biashara.Hapa TZ sekta angalau za banking na tellecommunication zinajitahidi katika suala la ushindani.Lakini zilizobaki ni ilimradi,hakuna business knwledge wala marketing orientation knowledge.Miafrika ndivyo tulivyo tunalewa na vimafanikio kidogo.

    Mimi nashindwa kuelewa pia, watu wa NBC ukienda kuchukua pesa yako wanakulazimisha uende ATM yao kuchukua balance na wanakukata 75/- halafu ukichukua pesa wanaongeza makato ya 500/- Hivi wanashindwa kuona balance ya mtu anayechukua pesa kwenye akaunti yake? Wanataka lazima uchukue ATM, uchomolewe 75/- Nadhani hiyo sio sawa. Unajua hata ukiuliza tu kuna pesa ngapi wanakuonyesha na kukata 75/-?

    NMB wanajizungusha tuuuu, ukienda dirishani mjazano nadhani wao ni tija, kama sikosei wanafanya kazi kama benki ya Posta, ambako ukienda unapoteza siku nzima na wao wako bize hata hawajali wateja wana haraka zao pia.

    DECI iliokoa watu wengi na mabenki wakajikuta hawana wateja tena, wakachoka utambi na benki kuu wakasingizia mambo kibao wakati hakuna mwanadeci hata mmoja aliyewahi kulalamika, badala yake wamehodhi pesa za walalahoi walioanza kuinukia DECI. Hao wanaoshikiliwa viongozi wa DECI wanasumbuliwa tu, nadhani mabenki wangebadilika, DECI ingeua mabenki yote maana hata kama inakuja leo tena watu kibao wataiunga mkono, hata mimi pia.

    Nadhani kwa hapa DSM sidhani kama kuna benki inaboa/huduma mbovu kama BARCLAYS.
    Nenda OHIO, watu mstarini wako zaidi ya 50 lakini utakuta dirisha linlotoa huduma ni moja, na wanatokatoka..kauli mbovu, no cutomer care at all. Ukitaka kwenda benki iankulazimu either uende saa tisa ili saa kumi ikukutie huko benki ukitoka uende nyumbani moja kwa moja au uende asubuhi kabla hujaamka.

    Kama hii benki imefulia/kufilisika kama wasemavyo viona mbali basi ni vema tukaelezana mapeemaaaa.

    BARCLAYS MNAUDHI SANA WATEJA WENU, HUWEZI AMINI KITENGO CHA CORPORATE MNAFANYA UTUMBO...MNAWATESA WATEJA WENU.

    Mfano wafanyakazi wa NBC Mlimani City kusema kweli wanahitaji usimamizi wa hali ya juu sana kwani wanapigiwa simu wanaongea dili zao nyingine wakati wateja wamekaa kwenye foleni wanasubiri huduma zao. Halafu NBC wananishangaza kitu kimoja kwanini wanafungua ofisi saa nne, kwa mfano jana Jumatatu pale Mlimani City wameanza kutoa huduma saa nne na nusu wateja wamekaa nje hadi wamechoka halafu unaingia ndani wanaanza kuongea na simu na kusimuliana mambo ya weekend kusema kweli bado tuko nyuma na ndio maana tunawaogopa Wakenya maana watatupiga bao kwenye ushindani hautjui lolote
