    hapo nyuma nilikua naona posts za watu kwenye jukwaa hili wakilalamikia huduma za mabasi ya mikoani haswa mwanza, at first nlijua ni ushindani tu wa kibiashara kwasababu madai mengine yalikua kama ni ya kutunga lakini sasa nimeshuhudia mwenyewe mmoja ya yaliokua yanasemwa katika kampuni ya princess muro.kifupi mimi ni moja ya mteja mzuri wa huduma za usafiri za kampuni ya princess muro,siku moja tukiwa tumetoka mwanza basi letu liliishiwa mafuta kabla hatujafika morogoro mida kama ya saa moja usiku na inspecta wao aliyekuwepo kwenye gari alikodi pikipki na kwenda kutafuta mafuta lakini mimi nlichukulia hiyo kama bahati mbaya. jana nlikua natoka dodoma nkapanda princess muro lililokua linapita kutoka mikoa ya mbele ya dodoma lakini tulipopita mzani wa mikese morogoro basi likaisha mafuta.please wahusika muwe serious na biashara yenu mna madereva wazuri na wacheshi pamoja na wahudumu kwa ujumla lakini tatizo limeonekana bajeti yenu ya mafuta ya kuyafikisha mabasi yenu kwenye sheli yenu ya chalinza yanapojaza mafuta.

    Kwani hayo mabasi hayana fuel gauge? Maana haiingii akilini gari iishiwe mafuta mikese. This means tangu Moro taa ya mafuta ilikuwa inawaka halafu dreva aka ignore? Na hata kama gauge aifanyi kazi, hawajui fuel consumption per distance ya magari yao ili wajaze mafuta ya kutosha?

    hizo fuel gauge na speed meter nyingi mbovu juzi nilipanda gari ya moro speed meter ilikuwa inasoma 60 wakati tuko kwenye foleni kimara mwendo ambao hata mwenda kwa miguu angepita gari kwa kutrot

    Hayo mabasi yana mabati ya nje mazuri lakini huduma zao ni hovyo sijapata kuona. Miezi michache iliyopita nikiwa pale morogoro msamvu majira ya saa moja jioni natafuta gari ya kunifikisha dzm,ikapita hiyo gari, nikachoma ndani!

    Nikiwa humo nikakuta abiria waliochoka kwa safari ndefu na usumbufu mwingi. Abiria walikuwa wanalalamika gari iliishiwa mafuta huko nyuma na wakasubiri muda mrefu hayo mafuta yaletwe na hao wahusika.

    Majira ya saa tatu tukaingia chalinze, dereva akaingiza gari petrol stesheni KUJAZA MAFUTA! nikashangaa zaidi. Na inaelekea gari haikuwa na mafuta KABISA kwa sababu tulitumia muda kama dakika 45 hivi kujaza hayo mafuta.

    Niliwasikitikia sana watu wa mwz km usafiri ni wa dizaini hii kila siku! Naamini hawa jamaa wanapaswa kuripotiwa kwa mamlaka husika kwani wanachofanya ni hatari kwa safari ndefu, kifupi hawa jamaa hawana tofauti na watu wa bajaj au daladala.

    Kama wewe ulivyokuwa hutuamini pale mwanzo na mimi siiamini hii post yako, katika vitu ambavyo sisi madereva tunazingatia kwa makini ni suala la mafuta, Hii post ipo ki majungu majungu, huenda kunakitu kiliharibika ndo maana jamaa akakodi bodaboda sasa kwa sababu wewe hujui mambo ya mabasi ukajua kaendea mafuta, gari kuzima haisababishwi na mafuta pekee kuna vitu vingi sana kaka

    Sio kwamba natetea hayo mabasi ila nakuunga mkono kwani sipatii picha dreva ashindwe kukadiria mafuta. Yaani ukiendesha gari mara mbili tu, utajua consumption rate yake hata kama gauge zimeliwa na panya.

    Sijui kuna tatizo gani katika management ya haya mabasi ya muro, jumamosi nilisafiri na basi hili kufika stend ya nyegezi dereva alishuka na kumkabidhi gari utingo alipeleke mjini, utingo alionekana hajui kuendesha alivyoweka gear gari lilianza kuserereka kurudi nyuma kuelekea korongoni abiria walipiga kelele ya kuita msaada wa polisi lakini yule dogo hakujali aliendelea kutafuta gear ya kwenda mbele! abiria waliamua kumpa kichapo ndo taniboi mwingine akaanza kumsaidia.

Nilikuwa natoka kahama nakuja dar mwishon mwa mwezi wa tisa, nikakata tiketi hilo basi siku tatu kabla, siku ya safar nafika kituoni asubuhi saa kumi na moja, basi silioni naenda ofisin kwao hapo stand kahama wananiambia basi halijafika mbovu utaondoka na green star, nafika ofisi ya green star naambiwa nao hawana basi halijafika toka dar, limeharibikia njian, nikachoka kabisa nakaishia kudai nauli na kuhairisha safar mpaka kesho yake nikaondoka na al saedy

    mwaminifu et al... kwanza naomba muelewe nia yangu ya kupost hii kitu ni kuwasaidia wahusika wenyewe wafanye mabadiliko iliwateja wao wasiwakimbie... wel mimi mwenyewe hapa ni dereva na safari zangu zote hizo zinatokana nashughuli zangu kuhusiana na magari...katika basi la watu 60 haiwezekani watu wote hao wakakosa kuuliza wahusika (dereva na tingo) maswali yote hayo mliosema. basi lililozimika karibu na moro at first dereva,tingo na inspector wao walificha tatizo lakini baada ya watu kuwajia juu walisema ukweli kua gari imeisha mafuta,tukamuuliza gauge haifanyi kazi akasema dash board ilikua na shoti toka tunatoka mwanza na alishamtaarifu bosi kua gari ikifika dar iende gerage na muda sio mrefu aliwasiliana na bosi watu wote tukisikia na bosi aliuliza hilo swali pia dereva akamkumbusha kua asubuhi nlikwambia dash board imepiga shoti,alivyokata simu watu tukaendelea kumhoji kua nyie kila siku si mnafanya hizi safari xo leo hata kama gauge haifanyi kazi tungefika tu kulingana na uzoefu wenu kwenye mafuta,konda akatujibu kua boss wao amepunguza lita za mafuta walizokua wanapewa awali na akasema hiyo ni tripu ya pili toka wapunguziwe xo kulikua na reserve ambayo alikua imebaki kwenye tank ya lita za kwanza thats y tripu ya kwanza haikuzima ila safari hii imekula had ile reserve ndo maana imezima,inspector wao alikuja na lita arobaini na sisi wenye simu za tochi tukawasaidia kumulika kwenye tank wakaweka then konda akapiga free pump kutoa upepo then gari ikawashwa tukaendelea na safari hadi chalinze walipoweka mafuta mengine kwenye sheli yao
