    Mimi ni mwajiliwa kwenye kampuni ya mwekezaji hapa Tanzania, mkataba wangu unasema km nitataka kuresign nitoe notice period yamwezi mmoja au nitoe mshahara wangu mzima wa mwezi mmoja km sitaweza kutoanotice ya mwezi mzima. Je kuna madhara gani kama nikipewa mshahara wangu tarehe25 ambapo ndo mshahara unatoka then kesho yake nikatoa resignation ya siku tanokwa ajili ya handover na pia nisiwalipe mshahara wangu wa mwezi mzima nikaondoka zangu? Na bear in mindthat sehemu nayoenda kufanya kazi wanatumuia NSSF so sitahitaji kuichuantaiendelezea huko ntakapokwenda kufanya kazi.

    Unapo ondoka kwa kuaga unaongeza CV yako. Pia utaweza kuendeleza nssf yako upatapo kazi upya. Lakini kama huna baruwa ya kuacha kazi itakuwa ngumu kujulisha hisabu za sehemu zote ulizo fanya kazi. Jenga CV nzuri for a brighter future.

    Asante sana wakuu kwa ushauri mzuri, naahidi kufuata utaratibu wote ili niondoke kwa heshima maana kuna kamsemo kuwa "do not shit on the pot just because you are leaving, you might come back to cook in the same pot"

    kwa kuwa unalijua hili mbona ulitaka kuharibu bure? kuaga ni uungwana tena hauhitaji kwenda shule, huyo muajiri kubali au kataaa kuna mahali amekuinua kwa hiyo si vema ukatimka kihuni as if umeiba. si kwa ajili ya NSSF ila kwa kuwa ni uungwana na ndio sheria/mkataba unakutaka ufanye hivyo.. ulisaini mkataba ukitaka kuondoka wewe uttoa notice au full salary in lleu of notice, na muajiri pia either akunotify mapema au akulipe mshahara, sas akwanini usiheshimu mkataba?

    ni vizuri umepewa maelekezo aya na ufuate
    shida wafanyakazi uwa tunaondoka kwa vumbi sana,ihali unasahau uyo mwajiri wako ndio good reference yako uko unakoenda,mana lazima wajue apo new employment umetoka kwa lipi labda wakuibe wao!!
    mwishowe unakuta mtu anarudi "kwa siri" kuomba msaada kwa previous mwajiri,tuondoke kwa utaratibu tu km mikataba inavotuonyesha

    Section 41. Sub. Sect. 1 A contract of employment can be terminated on notice, the period of notice shall not be less than,
    Sub. Sect. 1 (a) Seven days, if notice is given in the first month of employment;
    (b) (i) 4 days, if the employee is employed on a daily or weekly basis
    (ii) 28 days if the employee is employed on a monthly basis.

    Suppose unalipwa labda 650,000/=, inabidi ugawanye kwa 30 mara 7 mara miaka labda 6 = 910,000/=
