    Dear Friends

Why can't the Government support the Dar flood victims with low cost housing, instead of the tents as proposed by the Dar-Regional Commissioner?

Assuming the "most needy" flood victims are 1,500 families, the Government will need at least TZS 22.5B to meet the goal. Current market estimate for a low cost housing stands at TZS 15M. What is 22.5B to a country like this? How much did the Government spend during the 50yrs Independence Celebrations?

    1. When Dr. Magufuli visited the Kawe bridge, I heard him claiming to have 400B as un-budget funds.....
    2. Carry out rigorous fund raising campaign, locally and internationally
    3. Each Ministry should contribute towards this noble objective, at a cost of other priorities..of course
    4. TPDF through JKT should execute the project!
    5. Then, demorish and move people to a modern village........Please!!!!!

Let all Tanzanians live in flood prone areas so that the government can build low cost houses for them!!!!! This is ridiculous taking the government to task for your own mistakes!!! Let us live politics behind and be serious for once. Those guys knew what they were doing when they build houses there. They have been warned several times to vacate that area but they have refused. We will help them when they get problems like how the government and others have done. Remember if somebody helps you it is not your right! It is something done out of humanitarian grounds only!!!
