Duh, Mwaka huu Watanzania watakogwa na kudanganywa hata kwa vitu ambavyo hauhitaji ujuzi mkubwa kung'amua ni upupu.
Mr. President,
We did not need you to travel 10 times to USA at a cost of US $1,200,000.00 a trip which is total of $12,000,000.00 which equates to 26% of the cost of the whole eRural electrification project. Infact if it was not due to your cocky attitude to reward investors with tax shelters and exemmptions in mining industry and oter sectors, we could have footed (sic) the bill ourselves.
Infact, ad it not been for the power hunger that lead to EPA, the amount of money that went to your accomplices of Kagoda, plus your travel expenses, could have covered the whole project!
Somebody gotta respond to this nonsense! Not everyone is stupid! We know how to count and the minimal mathematics knowledge we have tells us you think kila mtu ***** tatishika na majina makubwa kama BUSH!

Grand rural power project to cover six regions
From NASONGELYA KILYINGA in Kiteto, 24th October 2010 Daily News
KITETO District in Manyara Region will have reliable power supply, after implementation of a mega power project to be funded by the US, CCM Union presidential candidate, Mr Jakaya Kikwete, said here on Sunday.
He dismissed as baseless critics, mainly from the opposition, who ridicule his foreign trips, saying they have significantly benefited the country, citing the project as one of many examples.
He told a huge campaign rally at Kibaya, that during one of his US tours, he met former president George W. Bush, who agreed to sign the multi-billion shillings rural electrification project.
He said the US 45-million-dollar project was aimed at, among other things, to alleviate frequent power outages. The project, he said, will cover six regions and Kiteto District was among the areas that would benefit from the project.
He said at least ten villages in Kiteto, including Kiperesa, Isubini, Mapango, Cheka nao, Chapakazi, Dosidosi, Madungu and Matui, would be covered by the project that commences early next year.
He said his government was also determined to ensure provision of reliable, clean and safe water in Kiteto District, but noted that lack of enough sources of water was a big snag.
However, he said, with the support from Egypt and Belgium the government would drill at least 39 wells next year, to ease the shortage.
He said last year, the government disbursed 885m/- for drilling of wells in Kiteto, but pointed out that there was still much work to be done. The CCM presidential candidate reiterated his government's commitment to provide hybrid breeds to livestock keepers in Ngorongoro District, who were severely affected by drought last year.
Mr Kikwete said the aim was to help them return to normal life after suffering. He said the government was aware that famine adversely affected pastoral communities because many were left with almost nothing.
"This support will definitely improve and boost life standards of people in Ngorongoro," he said.
He further said that his government has set up plans to improve livestock keeping and promote modern methods of grazing, as opposed to a style in which pastoralists shift from one area to another all over the country.
Earlier, Mr Kikwete told another campaign rally at Matui ward, 45 kilometres from Kibaya town, that his government would continue to boost education but urged parents to take their children to school.
He said the current 89 per cent was still low and does not conform to the national average of 97 per cent. The CCM Union presidential candidate appealed to Kibaya residents to vote for him and CCM on October 31, in appreciation of the government's contribution to development of Kiteto District.
During his campaign rallies Mr Kikwete introduced the CCM aspirant for Kiteto Parliamentary seat, Mr Benedict Ole Nangoro and other candidates for local government council seats.
