Ndugu wana JF harakati za kumzuia mwananchi kupata taarifa kuhusu yanayoendelea ndani ya "serikali yake" zimepamba moto. Kwa upande wangu nafikiri inabidi tujaribu kutafuta maana ya serikali ili tujue hiyo selikari wanayotaka kuifichia siri ni ipi, inaundwa na nani kwa malengo gani.
