    Hata kama unamchukia mtu si vizuri kumzushia mambo ya uongo....Hapajawahi kuwa na reli ya Dar- Mtwara ni uwongo mkubwa...reli iliyokuwepo ni Mtwara mpaka Masasi iliyong'olewa na mkoloni kwa kutokuwa na umuhimu wa kiuchumi wakati huo....mbona Zanzibar ilikuwepo treni ya Bububu na iling'olewa pia na hulalamiki?

    unajuwa enzi hizo vipaumbele vya reli na kuweka rami vilivuata zaidi uchumi wa eneo husika yaani nini kilichopo eneo husika ambacho kinaweza kuiletea taifa na kuingizia taifa mapato so nadhani kama ilikuwepo waling'owa kwa sababu ya kuwa eneo husika halikuwa na tija kiuchumi

    Reli ya mtwara ilianza kujengwa mwaka 1947 na waingereza na nadhani ilikwenda mpaka tunduru.nadhani walikuwa na lengo flani either kuipeleka mpaka liganga ,mchuchuma au sijui wapi.waliishia Tunduru baada ya kuona mambo ya kupigania uhuru yanaanza.navyojua mimi ni kwamba hii reli iling'olewa wakati wa Nyerere kwa sababu ambazo kwa kipindi hicho zilikuwa za msingi.lakini baadae serikali ilikuja kujuta kwani ingekuja kusaidia sana kulink na mchuchuma,liganGA,NA MIKOA HIYO YENYE KUZALISHA CHAKULA KINGI

    Mimi nimeishi Mtwara ni kweli reli ilikuwa toka mtwara mpaka masasi,lengo lilikuwa ni kupata access ya bandari toka masasi by that time.

    Ili kupata jibu ni muhimu kujua ni kwa nini Nyerere au mkoloni alijenga reli hiyo. kama alijenga kwa sababu za kiuchumi tujue ni uchumi upi ulikuwepo sehemu iliyopita reli hiyo? kama uchumi huo ulikufa hakuna maana ya kuwepo reli tena ili kukidhi gharama za uendeshaji. kumbuka miaka ya mwanzo wa uhuru watanzania wachache sana waliokuwa wanasafiri kutoka sehemu moja na nyingine hivyo uendeshaji wa reli ulitegemea sana mazao ya biashara. kwa mfano, reli ya kati ilijengwa kwa ajili ya mashamba ya Pamba mikoa ya shinyanga na Mwanza, Mkonge mikoa ya Tabora, Morogoro na Tanga, Kahawa na ndizi mikoa ya Kilimanjaro na Kagera.

    Reli ya Mtwara - masasi inawezekana ilikuwa na lengo la kuinganisha masasi na bandari ya mtwara sina hakika sana ni zao gani lilikuwepo masasi lakini nachelea kuhisi hivyo.

    Tazara ilikuwa ni reli ya ushirikiano wa kuinganisha zambia na Bandari ya Dar es salaam na usafirishaji wa bidhaa nyingine kati ya nchi mbili za Tanzania na zambia lakini pia kukidhi haja za kibiashara kati ya Mbeya na Iringa na Morogoro. Kutoka Zambia kipaumbele kilikuwa katika usafirishaji wa shaba.

    Kama ulikimbia shule (elimu dunia) haya yote hautayafahamu lakini ungeyapata katika somo la jiografia na Historia na kidogo sana katika somo la siasa au Uraia.

    Mufti kasema juzi kwamba ukiwa na elimu dunia ndogo utakuwa ni mtu wa kukubali lolote hata kama unadanganywa kwa sababu ubongo wako hauna tafakari kubwa ya mambo mengine zaidi ya yale ya dini. akasisitiza kuwa ni rahisi sana kuyumba katika maamuzi kwa sababu ya kukosa elimu hii.

    Nyerere pia alitaifisha majumba ya watu, mashule na hospitali kwa nia njema sio kwa nia ya kulikomoa kundi fulani katika jamii na kulinufaisha kundi lingine. Maamuzi haya yaliwajeruhi wakristo kwa waislamu lakini ilikuwa kwa faida ya sisi wote.

    Nyerere kama binadamu alikuwa na mapungufu yake hakuwa malaika

    Hivi kama hakuna tena uzalishaji ndio in'golewe njia? Hee ama kweli nyerere alikua ni adui mkubwa wa waislam. Aliwahi pia kusema kua kama ana uwezo angevitupa visiwa vya zanzibar ktk bahari ya hindi.

    Huyo anayesema ilikuwepo reli kati ya dsm na Mtwara atueleze ilipitia vituo gani, na hasa mto rufiji ilivukia wapi?. Kwa vyovyote kama iliwezekana wakati huo kutandaza reli kuvuka mto rufiji isingekuwa shida pia kujenga daraja kwa ajili ya magari!
    Hoja hii ilichosaidia ni kuibua ile reli ya mtwara -masasi; kama ilikuwa inakusudiwa kufuata karanga, then masasi sasa waangalie uwezekano wa kuongeza uzalishaji wa zao hilo.
    Kama ilikusudiwa chuma cha mchuchuma na liganga, then reli hiyo inaweza kurudishwa na chuma kinasafirishwa hadi mtwara bandarini. Hakuna haja ya kuongeza msongamano bandari ya dsm.

    A Chinese firm has won the tender to invest in the Mchuchuma and Liganga mining projects in southern Tanzania and is expected to pump in 3bn/-.


    The investor, Sichuan Hongda Corporation won the competitive tender in a bidding exercise that attracted 48 international companies.


    Take-off of the investment now awaits green-light from the government through the National Development Corporation (NDC).


    Teams of experts from the Chinese company and NDC are now engaged in a four-day negotiations on modalities of implementing the project.


    NDC Board Chairman, Chrisant Mzindakaya said in Dar es Salaam yesterday that implementation of the projects would start after completion of the ongoing negotiations between NDC and the investor.

    Shida yetu ni wanasiasa kuingilia masuala ya kitaalamu, si ajabu ukakuta Mzindakaya ndiye anaelekeza makubaliano yaweje..wakati yeye ni mwanasiasa tu!
