    Baada ya leo siku nzima Zantel kuwa Down na kupiga simu customer service na kupewa majibu ya mtandao upo down..., kana kwamba its okay and I should accept it, hii imenifanya nijiulize hivi kutokulalamika ni ustaarabu au ni ukondoo. Mara kadhaa benki nashindwa kuchukua pesa zangu eti mtandao hakuna? Hivi before computers watu walikuwa hawafanyi kazi?

    Unakwenda benki kuna dirisha za cashiers kama nane ila mbili ndio zinafanya kazi watu wamepanga foleni, lakini cashiers wengine wapo wanajivuta vuta…, Nimeagiza mzigo wangu kutoka nje umekaa customs wiki nikilalamika watu wanasema ndio nchi yetu hiyo.. Ndio Bongo hiyo..?

    Cha ajabu nikianza kulalamika watu wananishangaa eti najifanya nimeendelea?

    Jamani naomba hizi benki na kampuni nyingine ziwe na Plan B….

    Alafu wananchi tuwe wakali na kudai huduma ustaarabu mwingine haufai.

    Pole VOR. nafikiri watu wanaona hata wakilalamika kutatuliwa shida zao ni hadi wahusika wanapoamua.
    Sio wote wanaoweza kulalamika, wengine wanakufa nayo moyoni.
    Ila ni vizuri tuoneshe hisia zetu tunapokosewa au hata tunapotendewa mazuri.

    Tatizo tukiacha kufanya chochote wanaona kwamba mambo ni sawa, mfano NMB waalimu wanasumbuka kupanga mistari kuanzia asubuhi kupata mishahara yao.... hii ni sababu tu kwamba NMB wanamonopoly ya mishahara ya serikalini kupitia huko...., sasa tukiwa wapole kwenye haki zetu mambo yatakwenda hivyohivyo suala la kushindwa kupata pesa zangu benki eti mtandao upo down wakati before computers tulikuwa tunapata huduma ya benki haliingii akilini....., Ni kwamba watu hawawajibiki na hakuna plan B..., mtu akikupa huduma yako muhimu anaona anakufanyia favour na sio kazi yake

    sio ustaharabu ni ujinga ata ujinga unahafadhali hope mtanisaidia mana haya ndio yamewapa watoa huduma jeuri na kburi chakufanya watakavyo kwani watendwa hawajui kudai haki zao na wafanyakazi wengi wa benki wakishaona mtandao akuna wanafurai wanapumzika ata kuweka pesa awatapokea labda kama wanakufahamu

    Huduma imekuwa Favour siku hizi.... watu wanafanya ofisi kama ni private business.... sio benki, mahakamani, au kwenye halmashauri.... sijui hawa watu hawalipwi kutoa huduma?

    Na ni haohao zantel ambao wamewapa wahindi uagent wao, basi kichekesho ukienda kwa hao maagent wao huduma za customer wanataka ulipie! juzi nilipeleka line yangu kwa hao wahindi ili waiactivate, iwe hewani, na nimeshaisajili siku nyingi, eti wakaniambia kuformat ni sh 4000, sasa walidhani wanaongea na mtu mbumbumbu( saa7 usiku) asiyejuwa kitu, tena mwingine akathubutu kuniambia ile namba yangu sio nzuri anataka kunichagulia namba nyingine, nilianza kutetemeka kwa hasira(kwa sababu kiasili nina chuki na wahindi) nikamwambia yule dada K yako mwizi mkubwa wewe, mimi nataka kuactivate line yangu ili nitumie kwenye modem yangu kwa matumizi ya internet tu, wewe unanieleza habari ya namba nzuri? yaani hawa nyani mimi huwa naongea nao tu kwa sababu maduka karibu yote mjini wanayaendesha wao, ila ninachowashukuru wao ndio wamenifanya niwe jasiri wa kujiajiri mwenyewe. maana kwangu mimi ni heri nife kuliko kufanya kazi kwa muhindi.

    Kwa ujumla karibu huduma zote za umma (Public services) ni mbaya sana!Hata entitties za kibiashara ambazo ungetegemea ziwe aggressive katika customer care na support services ziko nyuma sana.Na ni kweli unaposimama kudai utendewe haki hata kwa mkataba wa huduma tu kati yako wewe mteja na mtoa huduma watu wanakushangaa!As if kudai hiyo huduma ambayo ni haki yako ndio kosa!Kuna wakati nilikuwa na complaint na CRDB kutokana na kuchukua pesa kwenye ATM ya NBC nikaenda azikiwe kucomplain lakini mwisho wa siku nikaambiwa niandike barua na kwamba tatizo langu linaweza kushughulikiwa katika kipindi cha siku 60!
    Hali ni hiyo hiyo Tanesco,mobile operators,Banks, everywhere.Hakuna uwajibikaji na sisi tunaaccept hiyo hali.Ni lazima tubadilike sisi kwanza!

    Zantel hakuna kitu pale si huduma kwa wateja si kwa wafanyakazi wao.

    Alfu shida nyingine mtu anakuwa customer care wakati hajui kazi yake....., nakumbuka kuna siku natuma western union China, Dada mmoja akanilazimisha kuandika test question, nikamwabia sio lazima kama mtu anayo ID.... eti akaja juu kwamba yeye ndio anajua sababu yeye ndio anafanya hiyo kazi...... maneno yalinitoka kama speed of light.... nikamwonesha small prints kwenye fomu yake... kwamba "if not sending in Africa and the receiver has got ID test question is not Necessary"... Dada alikuwa mpole.... ila thank God sasa we are good friends... My point ni kwamba in this country kila mtu ni much know na ni expert hata kama kitu hajui.
