    Mtu akikaa siku tatu hadi saba bila kwenda kunya, je aweza pata madhara yoyote kiafya? Nini husababisha hari hii kutokea? Kama ni tatizo kiafya nini kifanyike?

    mkubwa hiyo ni issue..nadhani kitaalamu itakuwa inaitwa constipation...kama unamkumbuka mama terry alikuwa anachonga sana radio 1 aliwahi kusema unatakiwa ukiwa katika afya safi ugonge haja kubwa kama mara 3 ndio masaa 24 yatimie....mfumo wa kutoa taka mwilini unaonyesha kila unachokula kina-waste products na nilazima zitoke....

    kukosa haja mara nyingine huchangiwa na aina za vyakula pia unavyokula au pi kiasi cha chakula unachokula......ushauri usiokuwa wa kitaalamu...waone wamasai wakupe dawa zao za asili za kusafisha tumbo kisha utaanza kugonga choo cha kutosha

    Unatakiwa kwenda haja kubwa angalau mara moja kwa siku.
    Kuna matatizo mengi tu kama hupati haja kubwa , mlipuko wa magonjwa mengi makubwa huanzia kwenye utumbo mkubwa.
    Uwe unakula sana matunda na mboga mboga, na maji unywe mengi.Jitahidi kula matunda angalau 5 ya aina mbali mbali kila siku.

    Nimeisha waeleza wataamu kadhaa lakini hawakunipatia suluhisho la kudumu, lakini hata hivyo nitazingatia ushauri wako.

    Mkuu hilo ni tatizo, unahitaji kula matunda, vitu kama kabichi, matunda ambayo unaweza kula maganda yake, maji mengi na upunguze vitu kama mikate mikavu, chapati nk.

    Madhara ya constipation yanaanzia kwenye kupoteza hamu ya kula, discomfort ya tumbo, kubakiza sumu mwilini... lakini huenda mbali zaidi na kuharatisha kansa ya utumbo mpana (colon), au hat vile vinyama vya huko nanihii na kupasuka kwa njia kutokana na ukavu wa zao la constipation

    Kuna dawa (laxatives) pia wawezsa kuzitumia..ila ni vizuri uzinywe usiku
    Jitahidi urekebishe hali hiyo kabla hujafika stages mbaya

    Pamoja na ushauri wa wote waliotangulia, pia uwe na ratiba maalum ya kula, ufanye mazoezi na kuji train muda maalum kwenda haja - usisubiri tu pale unaposikia kwenda haja, na pia usikiapo kwenda haja usijibane - ndio maana inaitwa call of nature. Inashauriwa hasa asubuhi unapoamka ili baada ya hapo uoge na kujiandaa kuianza siku vyema.

    Utaratibu wa kula unaweza kuwa kama hivi ( huu ni mfano tu):
    Asubuhi - Breakfast - kunywa juice, kula tunda has papai, kula mkate wa brown au pata uji wa dona, au kula cereals haswa witabix; chai au kahawa utakavyopenda - epuka kula kupita kiasi maandazi,vitumbua, chapati na processed food etc

    Saa nne - kula tunda au snack nyepesi - usile vitu vya kukaanga

    Mchana - Lunch pata chakula chenye mchanganyiko - mbogamboga na matunda kwa wingi, wanga na nyama iwe kidogo

    Mlo wa jioni kabla ya saa moja usiku - kula chakula kama ulivyokula mchana

    baada ya hapo endelea kupata vinywaji - chai, maziwa etc na maji

    NB maji ni muhimu sana siku nzima hakikisha unakunywa angalau lita mbili kutwa.Fanya mazoezi hata kama ni kutembea.Zingatia ratiba hii na baada ya muda utaona unakuwa regular kwa maana ya mwenendo mzima wa kupata haja na tatizo lako litajirekebisha.

    Kama alivyosema MTM, kutokutoa uchafu mwili kunaweza kukuletea kansa ya utumbo mpana na hata magonjwa mengine, hata tatizo la kutoa harufu mbaya mwilini na hata kinywani maana mfumo wa kutoa uchafu haufanyi kazi - fikiria system ya nyumbani ya majitaka ikiharibika nini hutokea. Ukiachilia mbali kule kujisikia vibaya pia utakuwa hauko alert/sharp.Kwa wanawake wenye kujali ngozi zao, constipation itakuletea mchoko hata wa ngozi yako, utapata chunusi na matatizo kadhaa.
