    Kweli mkuu unaloliongea ni TRUE KABISA...wabongo wengi sana japo wanakana lakini ni WAPULIZAJI ILE MBAYA...Biashara lazima iwe na kamzii kidogo mara kukwepa CHUMA ULETE, mara KUFANYIZIWA na wabaya kama huamini nenda pale kariakoo daslam ufanye utafiti mdogo tu kwa nini kila duka kubwa kuna kama sio mtu chizi chizi kakaa nje ya mlango wa duka utamkuta mtu yuko mlangoni anamumunya mununya maneno yasiyoeleweka na yuko serious kama yuko kwenye interview..ndio maana bishara nyingi haziwezi kurithiwa...

    Well said Komandoo cha msingi kinachokosekana nadhani in ''succession plan" wazazi wengi hasa wa Kitanzania hawako tayari kuwafundisha wanae/mwanae biashara anazozifanya yeye ili hapo baadae mwanae apate kuendeleza hizo biashara kipindi mzazi anapokuwa hana nguvu tena au kazeeka au kafariki matokeo yake biashara nyingi zimekufa 'natural death' baada ya wamiliki kufariki

    Aidha kwa Wahindi nadhani biashara zao nyingi zinaendelea kukua kutokana na mahusiano yao hii ikichangiwa na masuala ya dini na hata utayari wa kusaidiana pale mmoja anapokuwa na nafasi ya kumsaidia mwenzake tofauti na wabongo,kwa ushauri wako hapo juu nafikiri ni wakati muafaka kuwashawishi wajasiliamali/wafanyabishara kuandaa warithi wa biashara zao au kuwafundisha taratibu watoto wao biashara zao.
