    siamini kama huli mwili utakuja tu......................ukweli ni kuwa unapopakia kidogo kidogo au kwa fujo ndipo kitambi na kidevu cha pili vinaanza kujijenga.....................mwili hauwezi kuongezeka tu kama hakuna makulaji.....................................uzito huo utapitia wapi???????????

    ingawaje ni kweli growth hormones zaweza kusababisha mtu kunenepa lakini ni lazima awe na hamu ya kula kupita kiasi....................yaani kuvimbiwa...................

    Let me tell you one thing, nimegundua kuwa sisi watanzania hatujui impact za misosi ndiyo maanamtu mwingine utamsikia akilalamika:"Jamani, inakuwaje mimi siku hizi nimeacha kula mchana lakini bado nanenepa. Mara nyingi huwa nakula biskuti na soda tu wakati wa mlo wa mchana". Mtu huyu hajui kiasi cha calories zilizomo kwenye soda na hizo biskuti zinaweza kuwa zinaizidi sahani ya wali kwa zaidi ya mara mbili. Mtu huyo huyo, hana physical activities, tena hulalamika sana umeme ukikatika na option ya kwenda ofisini ni through stairs. Sasa kwa hali hiyo mtu ataacha kunenepeana japo hali chakula cha kumfanya ashibe?
