    Kunywa maji, ni muhimu kwa mwili wako!

    Je unajua asilimia 75 ya mwili wako ni maji? Na kama unajua, je unajua pia robo tatu ya uso wa dunia ni maji? Sawa pengine ukawa hilo unajua, lakini je, unajua pia maji ni kimiminiko muhimu katika kusafirisha chembechembe muhimu mwilini mwako? Vilevile ujajua kuwa kuna lita 42 za maji mwilini mwako na iwapo utapoteza lita 2.7 tu ya maji hayo basi uko hatarini kupungukiwa na maji mwilini?
    Halikadhalika je, unajua kuwa, ukosefu au upungufu wa maji mwilini huweza kukusababishia matatizo kibao, kama vile kuchoka, kuwa na wasiwasi na hasira, kusikia kizunguzungu, udhaifu, maumivu ya kichwa na mengineyo mengi?
    Hii inaonyesha umuhimu wa maji mwilini mwako na kwa viumbe hao wote wanaotuzunguka.
    Basi kunywa maji, ila usisahau kunywa maji safi na salama!

    Good Message! lakini usishangae hii sredi ikakosa kufika hata page 2! Yaani JF zile sredi muhimu ndio zinakosa michango. Sredi likiongelea tigo ndio utaona linatelea balaa!. Mungu atakulipia bana!

    Maji ni mhimu sana, moja ya matatizo makubwa yanayosumbua afya za binadamu wengi duniani ni kutokunywa maji ya kutosha ambapo matokeo yake ni kupata magonjwa sugu mwisho wa siku mtu kupoteza maisha au kutumia gharama kubwa kuyatibu.

    Angalia jiji kubwa kama Dar halina miundombinu sawia ya maji, vyuoni, mashuleni, mahospitali, maeneo ya public na sehemu mhimu hakuna maji wakuu wangu.

    Inasikitisha sana kuongelea maji karne ya 21 wakati wenzetu wanajadili namna ya kuboresha afya, namna ya kutumia technolojia rafiki zenye kuhifadhi mazingira kama wind energy, solar nk sisi tunazidi kujipiga uteja kwenye makabrasha toka hizo nchi.

    Mimi kila siku naondoka na lita moja maji alfajiri kabla mswaki, na ukiniona hospitali basi ujue nampeleka waifu ni mjamzito. Hii ni tiba ambayo ugerentii wake naweza kusibitisha. MAJI NI MUHIMU JAMANI.

    mimi kuna doctor alinambia "ingawa ni mwanzoni kuvumilia,hasa kero za kukojoa mara kwa mara,...jitahidi unywe lita moja na nusu kila siku asubuhi kabla ya kupiga mswaki,ukiweza,kunywa maji ya uvugu vugu"!
    Enzi hizo nilianza na lita moja,kwa taabu kweli na kwanzia saa2 hadi 3 ilikua ni mda wangu
    wa kukojoa sana,ila hii ni tiba kubwa mno ambayo unaweza kuipata tena bure!

    Kama una vidonda vya tumbo,siku yako itakua nzuri!

    Ujue maji ni common(hata kama hatujui faida zake na hasara zake) lakin tigo is not common...

    Speaker......Kukojoa kojoa kunapungua ukiwa utakuwa unakunywa maji kidogo kidogo...yani usinywe jagi zima kwa mda mfupi.Glass moja badala ya nyingine...pole pole.Utashanga lita zinakatika wakati toilet unaenda mara chache.

    Ila walevi wengi huwa hawanywi maji kabisa, na wengine hata matunda hawakamati. Hii ni hatari sana.

    Sure,mara nyingi nikiwa nakojoa sana ni pale nimechelewa kuamka
    asubuhi na natakiwa kunywa maji na kuondoka home,so napiga glass kibao within a minute
    ila unatakiwa kunywa mengi kwa time space ya kama dakika moja

    SAWA KABISA. ASOLUTELY TRUE. Lakini kunywa maji ya asili au ya chemichemi siyo dead water ama mfu. Pata bio water kw kutumia biodisc.
