    wakuu naombeni ushauri!kuna mtu anataka aniuzie party ya kiwanja chake,kina hati,ila hatia anabaki nayo,mm ananiuzia kisehemu tuu!hv hapa nifanyeje ili isije ikala kwangu siku zijazo?

    Angalia mkuu itakula kwako,utanunuaje sehemu ya kiwanja halafu yeye abaki na hati ya kiwanja kizima.,kuna uwezekano wa kugawa hiyo title na kila mtu akawa na share yake yenye title tofauti hii inamaanisha kwamba hakuna anaeweza kuingilia share ya mwenzake.,hii ni kwa mujibu wa Land Registration Act, CAP 334.

    Watu huuziana. Kunawatu wenye hati za Estate ambao wameuziana kwakufanya kuwa makazi. Ila ushauri wangu muende kwa registrar wa Ardhi uweke Caveat au kitu cha namna hiyo itasaidia.

    Inawezekana kabisa, ila wahusishe wanasheria kwani ndo kazi zao. Kama ww ni mfanyabiashatra unaweza kukopea hati hiyo pesa benki.
