    Ugonjwa wa saratani (cancer) ni miongoni mwa magonjwa hatari yanayosumbua watu duniani hivi sasa, Tanzania ikiwemo.     Ingawa inaonekana kuwa kabichi ni miongoni mwa mboga za majani zinazolimwa kwa wingi na kusambazwa kwenye masoko mengi nchini, hasa katika miji mikubwa, lakini ni watu wachache sana

    wanaopenda kula mboga hii.
    Katika miji mikubwa, kabichi inatumika zadi kwa walaji wa chips. Hata hivyo hawaitumia ipasavyo kwa sababu huwa inapikwa na kukaangwa kwa mafuta kwa muda mrefu na hivyo kupoteza baadhi ya virutubisho vyake muhimu.KINGA DHIDI YA SARATANIMiongoni mwa faida nyingi

    zinazopatikana kwa kula kabichi (nyeupe na nyekundu), inayoongoza ni ile ya kutoa kinga dhidi ya ugonjwa hatari wa saratani.

    Lakini roughage ni sehemu ya balance diet ambayo inasaidi to prevent constipation

    hapo ni sahihi mkuu.Kabichi uwa wanai-group kwnye kundi la "roughage" na kazi kuu za roughage ni mbili:-
    1.help us in digestion.
    2.prevent frm constipation.
    Nafikiri nipo sawa.

    Kwa wale waliokuwa wanasumbuliwa na High LDL na Triglyceride wanaweza kutumia Cabbage kama kachumbar ikiwa imewekwa Olive Oli kwa kupunguza High bad cholesterol.

    Kula kama kachumbar au raw vegetables na olive oil with lunch. Inasidia saaana.
