    Naomba mnisaidie madhara ya kutumia maharage ya soya kwa watu wazima na watoto wadogo na namna ya kuondoa sumu kama ipo kwa kua nasikia maharage hayo yana sumu.....

    Suala la kuwa maharage yanazuwia baadhi ya nutrients kufyonzwa na damu, sio kwenye magarage ya soya pekee. Hilo ni kwa jamii ya maharage yote. Hivyo hivyo kwenye unywaji wa chai na chakula.

    Inachotakiwa ni kuroweka maharage yako kwa muda na yale maji yaliyorowekewa kuyachuja, kabla ya kuyapika.
