Kukoroma usingizini: Nini chanzo na tiba yake?

    Nina mtoto wangu wa kike ana mwaka mmoja na miezi sita, kila alalapo huwa anakoroma sana yaani unaweza ukahisi ni mtu mzima huo mkoromo wake!

    Je, hii husababishwa na nini? Naweza kumsaidiaje mwanangu aache kukoroma alalapo, maana hata kama ameanza kukoroma nikamstua/kumtingisha na kumlaza vizuri akilala hukoloma tena.

    Iila, pia ninae sista wangu nae ni mkoromaji sana tu, je inawezekana amerithi ama? Naye huyu nitamsaidiaje japo ameshakua mtu mzima?

    Jaribu kumpeleka kwa specialist wa koo na pua..waangalie uwezekano wa kuwa ameota nyama kwa ndani inazuaia kupumua vizuri hasa ukiwa umelala...ingawa sababu zaweza kuwa zaidi ha hayoo......kama uko dar...nenda mwembechai kuna specialist anaitwa Prof Ekenywa....nyuma ya BP MWembechai.....uliza utapaona.........

    Kukoroma kunaletwa na misuli ya koo kutokua na nguvu na njia rahisi ya kuimarisha misuli hii na kuondoa tatizo la kukoroma ni kutoa ulimi mpaka mwisho mara 20 kutwa mara 2 au 3 kwa siku.Baada ya wiki utaona tafauti kubwa na kupona kabisa baada ya wiki 2 au 3.Hii ni njia rahisi ambayo inaweza kufanywa na mtu yoyote na mimi mwenyewe nilipona kwa njia hii.

    Mtoto wa mwaka 1 unusu mbona mkubwa na unafanya nae kama mchezo vile nawe ukifanya.Kama uonavyo njia hii hujaenda kwa daktari wala kumeza dawa zozote na tatizo umeliondoa daima.

    ndugu yangu asante kwa ushauri nimejaribu kumwambia atoe ulimi nje kwa kumuoneshea kwa vitendo yaani nami nikawa natoa maajabu anacheka/ananichekea tu hatoi nadhani kwakua mtoto tumeshindwa kuelewana sijui waweza kunipa mbinu/tiba mbadala?

    Habari za kazi mheshimiwa Michuzi,
    nilipitia hapa kwenye blog yako nikakuta bwana Chumaka wa Korogwe akiomba msaada wa namna ya kutatua tatizo lake la kukoroma ambalo linamnyima mkewe usingizi.Majibu mengine niliyoyasoma yalikua ya ajabu na pia hayakuweza kumsaidia bwana Chumaka.
    Na vifaa vingi vilivozungumzwa kwa mtu aliyopo Korogwe sidhani angevipata kwa urahisi. Kwakua kulikua na comments zaidi ya 35 nikahisi nikiweka na yangu pale wengi hawataiona,naomba uiweke peke yake ili iweze kusaidia watu kama mimi ilivyonisaidia.
    Niliwahi kusafiri na mzee wa kijapani kwenda mikoani kikazi na katika safari zetu kuna siku ilibidi tulale kwenye mji mdogo ambao tulikosa vyumba na kupata kimoja tu ambacho kilikua na vitanda viwili.Watu wengi walishaniambia kuwa nakoroma sana nilalapo usiku.Siku ya pili tulipokua tunapata kifungua kinywa yule mzee akaniambia nina tatizo la kukoroma na atanifundisha namna ya kulitatua bila kutumia dawa,mbinu ambayo wanaitumia kwao.
    Fungua mdomo wako mpaka mwisho, toa ulimi na usukume nje mpaka mwisho,rudisha ulimi ndani mpaka mwisho-rudia mara 20.
    Ukimaliza utahisi kuna misuli nyuma na pembeni ya koo umeifanyisha kazi,sasa misuli hii ikilegea ndio inayosababisha kukoroma.Fanya zoezi hili mara 2 mpaka 3 kwa siku na tatizo hili litaisha baada ya siku 10-20 kutegemea mtu hadi mtu.
    Mzee huyu aliniambia mtu anaekoroma mwili wake haupati mapumziko ya kutosha na mara nyingi huamka huku bado akihisi uchovu na husababisha watu wengine kunenepa sana na wengine kukonda ikitegemea mwili wa muhusika na homoni zake.
    Tatizo langu liliisha kabisa baada ya wiki 2 lakini naendelea na mazoezi hata mara mbili kwa wiki ili misuli isilegee tena.Kwakua naishi peke yangu ilibidi nimchukue waifu wa siku 2-3 anihakikishie sikoromi kabisa.Nikiamka siku hizi sihisi uchovu ule wa zamani.

    1. Know ur slpng position-kuna styl ukilala lazima ukorome, kwa mfano ukilala kifo cha mende lazima kitu kijipe.
    2. Unakororma kipindi gani? ukiwa umelewa au usiku wa manane? ukiwa umechoka sana au inakutokea tu soon unavyoingia kitandani.

    Thanks Nguli kwa kweli huwa inanitokea kila siku nilalapo niwe nimekunywa au la licha ya kuwa tatizo hilo awali sikuwa nalo lilianza siku za karibuni tu.

    Kwa wanaJF wa siku nyingi bila shaka watakumbuka kwamba kuna member mmoja aliwahi kuleta suala hili hapa akiomba msaada. Alipewa majibu kibao lakini alijitokeza member mmoja aliyeeeleza kwamba akiwa safarini siku moja na mchina, walifika mahali wakalazimika kutokuendelea na safari na kuamua kutafuta guest house ili walale pale. Kwa bahati mbaya kulikuwa na chumba kimoja double ambacho hawa wawili walilazimika kukishare. Huyu Bwana alisema alikuwa anakoroma SANA na kesho yake mchina alimwambia ni kipi cha kufanya ili aondokane na tatizo hilo. Juzi nilikutana na mtu eti anaenda kufanyiwa operation ili kutibu kukoroma. Nilimwambia hao wanataka pesa zake hawana chochote.

    Dawa hii hapa: Fanya mazoezi ya kuachama na kuutoa ulimi nje kwa nguvu kama mara ishirini au 30 kwa siku. Zoezi hili linasaidia kuirelax mishipa ambayo ikigangamala, inasababisha mtu kukoroma.     SNORING
    Loud and frequent snoring can be more than just a nuisance to your partner. Snoring may indicate a serious health condition, and it can disrupt your household. Snoring is common. Almost half of adults snore at least occasionally. Snoring occurs when air flows past relaxed tissues in your throat, causing the tissues to vibrate as you breathe, creating hoarse or harsh sounds.

    Lifestyle changes, such as losing weight, avoiding alcohol close to bedtime or sleeping on your side, can help stop snoring. In addition, surgery is available that may reduce disruptive snoring. However, surgery isn't suitable or necessary for everyone who snores. As you doze off and progress from a lighter sleep to a deep sleep, the muscles in the roof of your mouth (soft palate), tongue and throat relax. The tissues in your throat can relax enough that they vibrate and may partially obstruct your airway. The more narrowed your airway, the more forceful the airflow becomes. Tissue vibration increases, and your snoring grows louder. Snoring may be an occasional problem, or it may be habitual.

    What contributes to snoring
    A variety of factors can lead to snoring, including:

    § Your mouth anatomy. Having a low, thick soft palate or enlarged tonsils or tissues in the back of your throat (adenoids) can narrow your airway. Likewise, if the triangular piece of tissue hanging from the soft palate (uvula) is elongated, airflow can be obstructed and vibration increased. Being overweight contributes to narrowing of your airway.

    § Alcohol consumption. Snoring can also be brought on by consuming too much alcohol before bedtime. Alcohol relaxes throat muscles and decreases your natural defenses against airway obstruction.

    § Nasal problems. Chronic nasal congestion or a crooked partition between your nostrils (deviated nasal septum) may be to blame.

    § Sleep apnea. Snoring may also be associated with obstructive sleep apnea. In this serious condition, your throat tissues obstruct your airway, preventing you from breathing. Sleep apnea is often characterized by loud snoring followed by periods of silence that can last 10 seconds or more. Sometimes, complete obstruction does not occur, but rather, while still snoring, the airway becomes so small that the airflow is inadequate for your needs. Eventually, the lack of oxygen and an increase in carbon dioxide signal you to wake up, forcing your airway open with a loud snort or gasping sound. This pattern may be repeated many times during the night...

    When to seek medical advice
    Seeing your doctor about your snoring can help both you and your partner. For you, snoring may indicate another health concern, such as obstructive sleep apnea, nasal obstruction or obesity. .. If your child snores, ask your pediatrician about it. Children, too, can have obstructive sleep apnea, though most don't. Nose and throat problems, such as enlarged tonsils, and obesity often underlie habitual snoring in children. Treating these conditions could help your child sleep better

    Tests and diagnosis
    Your doctor likely will perform a physical examination and take a medical history. Your partner may need to answer some questions about when and how you snore to help your doctor assess the severity of the problem.

    Your doctor may then refer you to an ear, nose and throat (ENT) doctor (otolaryngologist) or sleep specialist for additional studies and evaluation. This may require that you stay overnight at a sleep center to undergo an in-depth analysis of your sleep habits by a team of specialists.

    Complications
    Habitual snoring may be more than just a nuisance and a cause of daytime sleepiness. Untreated, persistent snoring caused by obstructive sleep apnea may raise your lifetime risk of developing such health problems as high blood pressure, heart failure and stroke. In children, obstructive sleep apnea may increase the risk of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).

    Treatments and drugs
    Your doctor will likely first recommend lifestyle changes, such as losing weight, avoiding alcohol close to bedtime and changing sleeping positions. If lifestyle changes don't eliminate snoring, your doctor may suggest:
    § Oral appliances
    § Traditional surgery
    § Laser surgery
    § Radiofrequency tissue ablation (somnoplasty)
    § Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP)
