    Nina wiki jamani sijakata GOGO!!

    Asubuhi: Chai na mihogo/chapati etc home.
    Mchana: Chips Kitimoto Survey migombani/Chips Makange Rozi garden/Ugali nyama choma pale Hongera.
    Usiku:Ugali/wali nyama/maini/mchicha na matunda home mamsap plus Lager moja au mbili hivi kabla ya kulala.

    Hivi vitu vyote vimeenda wapi jamani: Nimekula hewa au nina Pepo mie.

    Kiafya: Rate ya kwenda Chooni inatakiwa iweje wajameni! Loh!!

    Gaijin kasema yote. Huna fibres za kusaidia hapo. kwa kesi ya dharura kama hii tumia orange juice (natural) ila kwa sustainable solution lazima ubadili chakula. Pia tumia maji mengi (Kama 2l kwa siku).

    Tiba: Pata mara 2 kwa siku 7 mchanganyiko wa supu ya kuku mweusi aliyepikwa na manyoya yake. Kwa siku 2 za mwanzo pata glasi 2 za mkojo wa punda jike ushushie na 2 baridiiii.

    Nakuhakikishia hilo tatizo na mengine yatakuwa ndio mwisho wake.

    Usirudie tena kusema lager ni kama maji, maji ni h20, siyo kila kimiminika ni maji!, lager ni maji fulani machafu ambayo mwili hauyahitaji ili kuishi.     Alkoholi kilevi kilichomo kwenye lager ni kikojoshi (diuretic), alkoholi ni wakala mkausha maji mwilini, ukinywa lager glasi 1 muda si mrefu utaenda kukojoa mkojo wa glasi 2, yaani 1 ya lager uliyokunywa jumlisha maji mengine toka mwilini kwako! kwahiyo utakaukiwa maji mara 2, na maji ni uhai, na hiyo ndiyo sababu ya kufunga choo (constipation). acha kwanza lager unywe maji glasi 8 kwa siku (glasi 1 = 250 ml), kula matunda na mboga majani kwa wingi. balanced diet haimaanishi uwezo wa kununua nyama!.

    Kuna Watu wengi wana mushkila wa Qabz ya tumbo (Constipation) kwa kiswahili kukosa kufanya haja kubwa. Kuna sababu tofauti:

    1- Kukosa kunywa maji
    2- Kukosa kula kwa wakti
    3- Kukosa kula vyakula vya maana
    4- Kukosa kwenda chooni wakati unapojihisi unataka kwenda na kujizuia.

    Na hii husababisha uvivu na viungo kuuma na pia kujiona saa zote unataka kulala.

    VIPI KUJITIBU BILA YA KUTUMIA HALULI

    1- Kunywa maji gilasi 8 kwa siku

    2- Kula kwa wakti wake.


    3- Kula vyakula vya maana sio unaokotea tu.


    4- Uwende chooni wakati unapojihisi unataka kwenda na usijizuie.


    5- Kunywa maji baina ya kila tonge 2 au 3.


    6- Kunywa mafuta ya Halzet (Olive Oil) au kutia kwenye chakula kama salad kila siku inasaidia kulainisha tumbo.


    7- Kunywa maji kama gilasi 3 au 4 kisha ukawa unakwenda ukirudi kwa muda wa robo saa au dakika 20.


    8- Kuchukua chupa ya Tanuf (litre 1 na nusu) na kutia chumvi kidogo kisha ukaichanganya sawa sawa halafu ukainywa yote kwa pamoja na hii mtu akifanya mwezi mara moja kwani kama haluli.


    9-Kila Asubuhi na usiku - gilasi ya maji ya moto moto utachanganya na kijiko kikubwa cha asali na utakunywa.


    10-Haba Sawda utasaga na uchanganye na asali na uwe unakula kijiko asubuhi kijiko usiku kila siku.


    11- Fruits - Papai , Embe, Machungwa na kama unaweza ule maganda meupe.


    12- Kwa watoto wadogo - juice ya chungwa - sukari na maji - asali na maji moto moto.
