    Tume ya ajira wameita watu kwenye interview kwa nafasi mbalinbali tarehe na mahali tofautitofauti. Je? Sio kwamba wanaturudisha kwenye kile tulichokikimbia na hata tukaanzisha secretariat ya ajira? Kama usaili utasimamiwa na tume ya ajira wenyewe, je wanawafanyakazi wangapi hata watoshe kujigawa maeneo yote na hata kusahihisha mitihani ya watu wote wale kwa haraka kiasi hicho hata kutoa majibu ndani ya masaa machache? Huenda wakaweza kusahihisha haraka, lakini je watasahihisha kwa usahihi unaotakiwa?

    Ikiwa kila taasisi itasimamia na kuendesha usaili wa nafasi zake huku secretariati ya ajira wakipelekewa majibu ya usahili basi sioni umuhimu wa kuwepo kwa secretariat hiyo.

    Kuajiri ndio kazi yao ya msingi, hivyo wanatakiwa ikiwezekana wafanyie watu interview kila siku ya kazi huku wakigawana majukumu, yaani panel tofautitofauti kama vile:- kuwepo na panel ya kushortlist, Panel ya kutahini na kusahihisha na mwishowe panel ya kuhoji wale wanaofaulu mtihani na kuwapangia vituo vya kazi. Pia sio vibaya wakajitahidi angalau kupitia application na kupungu wasio na vigezo au waliozidi vigezo ili kushortlist idadi ambayo inakaribiana na idadi ya nafasi walizotangaza. Kwa kifupi waache uvivu wa kusoma barua na CV za watu- hiyo ndio kazi yao ya msingi.


    Kazi ya watu wawili mnaita watu 259 kwenye inyerview, hii inaonyeaha mmeita kama walivyoomba..........

    we bwana ndogo bado sana,kwanza shukuru kwa kuita watu wengi kwenye usahili,psrc nichombo huru na kina wataalam wa kutosha wa rasilimali watu.kwa hiyo acha wafanye kazi wenyewe ndo wanajua wanamaana gani

    mi nimependa sana utaratibu huu mpya kwamba wao wanachagua watu then wanawapeleka hukohuko kufanyiwa interview na wahusika wenyewe (ingawa naamini lazma kutakua na mmoja wa panel members kutoka tume). inasumbua sana kukuta kituo cha kazi kipo mwanza, wewe unatokea kigoma then unaitwa dar kufanyiwa interview.
    hii itapunguza "vimemo" na itasaidia kina yakhe kupata kazi na sisi.
