    Mimi ni mjasiriamali, nahitaji mkopo wa tshs 10 m ambao ninafikiri kuchukua katika mojawapo ya mabank hapa nchini Tz.

    Naomba ushauri ni bank gani yenye masharti nafuu kwenye kupata mkopo na yenye riba ndogo?

    sasa ndugu yangu inabidi ubadilikie kidogo, kwa dunia ya sasa usifanye biashara za kienyeji wewe nenda kafungue kampuni, iwe registered kabisa, andaa mchanganuo wa biashara unayotaka kufanya, nenda bank na full doc, watakusikiliza,
    hakuna bank itakayokupi 10+, kwa biashara ya kujasilia mali ambayo haina mchakato unaoeleweka, labda kwenye haya masaccos unaweza kupanda na kisha ukavuna i think 3m max

    Mapinduzi hakuna benki itakayokupa mkopo bila kuwa na dhamana isiyohamishika yenye thamani sawa au zaidi ya mkopo unaoutaka. Umesema huna nyumba wewe una nini cha kuweka dhamana?

    Pia nikuulize je unafanyakazi (mwajiriwa)? Maana siku hizi kuna mabenki yanayotoa mikopo kwa wafanyakazi maadam tu mwajiri wako akubali risk ya kukudhamini na mshahara wako lazima upitie kwao ili wawe wanakukata kila mwezi. Mikopo ya aina hii inalipwa kwa hadi miaka 5 sasa inategemea na mshahara wako maana ndo utakao-determine ukopeshwe kiasi gani kwa kipindi utakachopenda mwenyewe (The longer the period the higher the rate). Pia wanataka angalau ubaki na 30 % kwa ajili ya kujikimu wewe na familia yako kama unayo.

    Mkuu, i think u have missed about 30%!! Sheria za benki kuu zinataka makato yasizidi 30% ya net salary (take home) na sio ibaki hiyo 30%!! In addition to what you have said, ni kweli dhamana isiyohamishika ni kitu muhimu sana, hata hivyo the most important thing ni business yenyewe. Kitu cha kwanza wanachoangalia ni uwezo wa biashara yako kuweza kulipia huo mkopo kwahiyo hata kama utakuwa na dhamana iliyo bora, good loan officer hawezi kukupa mkopo kwa ajili ya dhamana yako wakati biashara yako haina sifa za kuweza kulipia mkopo!! Loan Officer anayefahamu kazi yake ataangalia kwanza biashara yenyewe kabla ya kuja kwenye dhamana!! Am sure, kama biashara yako ina steady cash flow basi unaweza kupewa huo mkopo hata kama hauna dhamana ya kutisha!! Kwa maelezo hayo, kabla hujafanya chochote make your business real,

    Baada ya kusoma mawazo yenu, nimeamua kuitumia hii pesa kumalizia kibanda changu, walau nifanye biashara ya nyumba kwa maana niipangishe. Nahitaji kama 15 m hivi ili kumailizia, je kuna bank yeyote itakayoweza kunidhamini katika hili?

    Kuna aina mbili ya mikopo ie secure and unsecured loan.
    Kuapata loan yeyote ile kwa urahisi, itakuwa vizuri kama utafungua account nao na pia kama una account kwenye benki nyingine, chukua bank statement of tuseme miaka mpaka miwili nyuma. Hii itaonyesha cash flow yako/biashara yako.
    Ukiwa na hii pamoja na mchanganuo , nadhani mambo hayatakuwa magumu sana.

    Mabenki mengi huwa wana-assess mtaji wako wa biashara, ndio wanakupa MKOPO kulingana na mtaji huo.... sio tu ukisema, nataka milioni kumi, wanakupa kulingana na unavyotaka...NOOOOOOOO (HAPANA..) Na wanafanya hivyo ili kuwa na angalau uhakika wa kurudishiwa pesa zao. Hilo la dhamana huwa ni la pili tu kwa wakopeshaji walio na nia kuinua biashara.
    Mimi nakushauri assess kwanza biashara yako, then utajua kiasi gani uanze nacho cha kukopa. suala la dhamana si tatizo sana; ndugu, jirani rafiki au hata jamaa yeyote anayekufahamu anaweza kukudhamini kwa mali isiyohamishika aliyonayo... Mabenki yote yanakubali dhamana za namna hiyo. Siyo kila mtu ana nyumba, wala shamba na hata gari.

    Mimi nakutakia kila ka heri katika kuendeleza biashara yako

    Mapinduzi, it seems u are not a real entrepreneur or u are n't a strategic entrepreneur!!! Kwanini unarudi nyuma? Jumlisha maoni yote hayo then utapata nini cha kufanya!! Kama itakuwa taabu kupata mkopo wa biashara basi itakuwa ni taabu maradufu kupata huo mkopo unaoufikiria sasa!!! Nilizani una biashara ambayo unataka kuomba mkopo ili kuiendeleza biashara yako!! Kwa maelezo ya sasa inaelekea si kwamba una biashara bali u have some money (owners equity) ambazo unahisi not enough to start business na unataka addition fund kwa ajili ya kufanya hiyo biashara!! For sure, kama ni kwa ajili ya kujengea nyumba ya biashara ili upangishe then am sure possibility ya kupewa loan hapo ni ndogo zaidi kuliko kama ungefanya biashara nyingine!! Don' u know kwamba return kwenye biashara ya nyumba inachukua muda mrefu? At least kama ingekuwa unatarajia kujenga kwenye prime area, lakini kwa kiasi unachoomba basi ni kulekule kwetu kwa kodi ya mwezi imezidi sana 300,000/=!! Anyway, nisikukatishe tamaa, jaribu kwenda pale Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA), nazani wana hiyo product!! But all in all, am sure u can do business ili mradi usitake kuanzisha complicated business au ile yenye masifa while return ni ndogo!!!

    5.Security kwa vile mshahara ulikua haupitii kwao walitaka wapatiwe security,niliwapa card yangu ya gari TOYOTA Corrola ambayo ilikua na Insurance comprehensive ya value of 10million.
    6.Wakataka ni deposit kwenye account yangu ambayo nilifungua hapo kwenye benki yao installment zisizopungua 2 nilifanya hivo kwa ku deposit Tshs 250,000 kwenye hiyo account
    7.Sasa walichokunja kuniacha hoi ni kuwa walitaka salary iingie walau mwez mmoja kumbuka by that time salary yangu ilikua inapita NBC na niliwaahidi kuwa nitabadilisha na kupitishia kwao,si unajua mambo ya kubadili account ya mshahara huku serikalini?

    Loan yanyewe niliyokua naomba ni only 3.5million.

    Basi ilibd niingie kwa wasanii wa kihindi huku mjini wakanikopesha milion 3 kwa mwezi mmoja narudisha 3.5m,nikaona ni better option manake ile storage kule bandarini ilikua inakua kila kukicha. Basi ikabd ni cancel procedure za mikopo niingie mtaaani tu manake ilishakua balaa!

    Kwa hiyo wewe unaetaka milion 10 mmh sijui kama hao loan officers watakupatia.

    Kituko umesema yanayojiri ambacho ni jambo la kileo nikiwa na maana ya kuwa bishara sasa hivi ni busineness plan write up uonyeshe malengo mafupi na marefu( short term development objectves and long term goals achivement)ndipo unapoeleweka na pia isiwe ya kuharibu mazingira sijui kama bongo hili kama benki wanazingatia. Malengo yako yapo ktk kuhifadhi mazingira na kumjali mlaji au certain community ?

    Nasema haya kama biashara itahusu industry ipi. Which industry does the business is oriented? Hii ni mifano inayotakiwa ionekane katika business plan

    Issue ni kuwa haya mabenk kwanza wale wahusika na maamuzi ya mikopo hawako na moyo wakutrust, na wameiweka mbele risk ya mkopaji kuwa hana uwezo wa kulipa.

    So kutokana na hilo wanakuwa na Negativity ktk swala lako lote na hata ushauri hawakupi. Hivi kijana anataka kuwa mjasiliamali unataka afanyeje? Akaibe? Ajira hana na kaamua kujiajiri ili iwe ndo ajira yake hasa.
    Hivi ujasiliamali ni upi?! mbongo kuwa anajishughulisha mweyewe kujiajilri au kuwa na kabiashara ka 3 m and low capital business?
