    Naomba waliokuwa wanafuatilia discussions hii kule kwenye utani na udaku basi waje hapa tuzungumze mambo serious.... tuendelee tukianzia na Katabazi

    Kubadilika ni mchakato - kwa kifupi. Huwezi kuamka siku moja na kubadilika.Utaanza na kutambua hali ilivyo kuwa its no longer business as usual, ujue unahitaji kujipanga upya. Utajiwekea mikakati kwa kujaribu kutafuta habari/taarifa zaidi.Nitalinganisha na kutengeneza Strategic plan - lazima ufanye SWOT analysis ujue uko kwenye mazingira gani - wapi uko imara, wapi uko hafifu, wapi kuna threats na wapi una fursa.....
    Nitakupa mfano -
    Strength - Sijui hasa ya jumla - naweza kujitathmini mimi binafsi au vikundi ( organisations, instutitions etc but not as a people or citizens.
    Weaknesses kubwa za Watanzania wengi ni longolongo, uvivu both wa kufikiri na kutenda ( it explains kutoka kwenda kunywa chai kila saa!), kukosa uaminifu hata wa mambo madogomadogo,
    Opportunities - nadhani tunaweza kuzijadili tuna rasilimali nyingi, tunazo fursa za kufanya mambo mbalimbali hata kujiendeleza kielimi ili tuwe katika hali ya kuuzika
    Threats - utandawazi unawaleta washindani karibu zaidi na sisi wakati hatujajiandaa kikamilifu....
    Nadhani kwa kujitambua huku tunaweza kujipanga vingine kupambana na changamoto.Believe u me it works lakini inahitaji kujitoa na kukubali maumivu.Hakuna kitu kigumu kama kukubali mabadailiko_Ofcourse hil nalo lahitaji uelewa wa mambo kwa kiasi fulani.Hutegemei mtu wa level ya chini sana kutumia njia hii, ila bado watu hawa wanahitaji uraghbishi, uhamasishaji, n.k. Nani atawafikia na kwa vipi thats another question.
